"Marc and his team did a great job! Marc came out promptly to give me a free quote when I called him and explained what needed to be done step by step. I had several quotes done and Marc had the best quote by far. He sent me an invoice by email on request and came out exactly on time. He and his team were great about helping me get before and after photos with their insulation measurement markers and provided me with certificate of completion copies for my attic and for my own records. They did a great job and were meticulous about cleaning up. I was also pleasantly surprised that their material quality guaranteed little to no settling of the blown in insulation. Our AC unit was not blowing any cold air, it would run but the fan on the outside unit was not turning. James came out and took a look at it and determined it was our circuit board. He was able to replace it and have not had any problems with our AC unit since.

We also have built in speakers  inside our home and we were not familiar with the set up nor are we technically savvy and James came out and was able to explain to us what was needed and how we can get them all to work. We got the supplies and James connected our in home speakers to the supplies we purchased as well as make them all work to where we were happy with the results.

This company is very good and very informative on many things not just pertaining to AC or Audio systems but many more other things, as a matter of fact, our sprinkler system actually wasn't working anymore and we didn't know what went wrong, so James gave us some information on what should be happening. We didn't even know there was a way to bypass something and he showed us. Just by him showing us, we were able to determine where the problem was and had all the right people come out and fix the problem for us.

"I had a section of my house that had no insulation and had been like that for about 20 years. I always noticed that there was a draft in that room and when I had some recessed lights installed in there I was a little bit surprised that there was no insulation falling down when they cut the holes. I shopped around and one of the folks that had responded was Miss Her Insulation. Michelle, the owner, came out to do the work. She told me she was going to come out about noon on Monday and she texted when she was on her way and got here on time. She was very punctual, professional, and a very hard worker. Unfortunately there was no access to the area where the insulation was needed. Shame on my builder but I see why they went out of business. Michelle was up front and said that I had to get someone to open up the sheetrock because she would not do that. I went ahead and cut into the sheetrock myself and she was able to work with that. She continued the work and laid all kinds of tarps along the entrance and stairway to make sure nothing got damaged. I told her not to worry about it but she insisted and continued laying down the tarps and being very careful. I was giving her a chance to cut corners but that did not influence her at all and she was very cautious about my belongings which I highly appreciated. I asked her to take pictures before and after with my phone and I could not believe how empty the area was. I am forwarding them to Michelle so that she can post before and after photos. She and her crew cleaned up the mess and picked up and vacuumed everything after they were done. I had a ceiling fan installed right below that area that was missing the insulation and you could always hear an annoying motor hum from it. That sound has been significantly reduced with the insulation. Itâ s supposed to get cold in a few days and I look forward to seeing the results . I plan on telling my neighbors about her because if the builder cut corners in my house then it would not surprise me if they cut corners with theirs. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her."
