"Marc and his team did a great job! Marc came out promptly to give me a free quote when I called him and explained what needed to be done step by step. I had several quotes done and Marc had the best quote by far. He sent me an invoice by email on request and came out exactly on time. He and his team were great about helping me get before and after photos with their insulation measurement markers and provided me with certificate of completion copies for my attic and for my own records. They did a great job and were meticulous about cleaning up. I was also pleasantly surprised that their material quality guaranteed little to no settling of the blown in insulation. Would definitely recommend."

"Remy got the job done in one day as promised. He installed baffles to protect the air flow from the soffits, installed the insulation and even discovered one of my AC ducts had come apart and fixed that too. My attic has never been in better shape. I would definitely recommend Insulation Discounters."

"Alex showed up the same day to give me a quote. They showed up on the day we agreed on and finished what we talked about. They replaced all windows trims, installed cheaply by builder. Happy with the results"

"Very professional company. Paul showed up for appoitnemtns on time and also went above and beyond what was required at my house. We still had some boards that needed drying out from flooding due to Hurricane Harvey and he came back with 5 fans and had them installed. He allowed us to use them, free of charge, until our home dried out. He is a wonderful person - professionally and personally. He also went to my neighbor's house and helped her get the black plastic out that was around her home because it was still holding moisture. He did not have to do that but he did. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends."

Siding repair costs $870 for an average homeowner. This cost could be as little as $75 or as much as $16,000, depending on your existing siding material, repair type, and damage level. For example, for basic siding repair, you can expect to pay between $2 and $16 per square foot for materials and labor. However, if you have extensive damage or for more expensive materials like stucco, that price jumps to $4 to $50 per square foot.
The cost to replace siding for your home is $11,450 on average. But siding replacement can cost up to $40,000 or more, with the largest expense being your chosen material. For example, for a 2,000 square feet house, the average cost of siding materials such as vinyl is between $9,000 and $14,000. Wood siding is a little more expensive, ranging from $16,000 to $26,000. However, for the same size house using brick or stone, that cost jumps to $18,000 to $100,000. When choosing to replace your home’s siding, it’s essential to consider your climate and longevity.
Many general contractors can handle adding stucco siding, but it’s best to hire a local stucco contractor as you’re more likely to get a clean finish on your stucco siding that maximizes curb appeal. Stucco can be a challenging material to work with, so hiring a professional contractor who has years of experience and specializes in stucco application is advisable. Compare price quotes from at least three stucco contractors in your area to find the right pro for your task.
There are several different types of siding available to give you the home exterior of your dreams. Each type of siding has its own cost factors, estimated lifespan, and benefits to fit your needs. Some common siding options include:
Vinyl
Wood
Aluminum
Fiber cement
Brick
Stone and stone veneer
Stucco
If you want to stay environmentally friendly, wood siding is natural, recyclable, and renewable. However, if you’re looking for a durable siding option that is more resistant to dents and scratches, brick or stone siding is your best choice.
The average cost of stucco siding is $5,400, ranging from $2,200 to $8,840. Stucco is worth the investment, provided you have the work done by a professional. Not only is stucco an attractive and durable siding material that boosts your home’s curb appeal, but it’s also more energy-efficient than most other siding options, it’s fire-resistant, water-resistant, and more affordable to repair down the road.
