Friendly service. Seems as if there should have been one more person on the crew to help with installation. Angi shows that she accepts credit cards. She informed me that she does not. Her invoice indicated that she accepts PayPal but she does not. Make sure you check the lower walls if blown in from the top. Firebreaks in my home were preventing blown in insulation from filling the entire wall cavity.

"We can only accept credit cards through Angi, and informed this customer this. Also it was a small job and does not require a third person in which I would have had to raise his price to pay for a third worker. We installed an even amount to level out this customer?s insulation. Some people want the extra but don?t want to pay extra for it. This economy is too hard on everyone unfortunately."

Mechelle called me immediately and came out the same day after I requested someone on Angi. After she came out, she gave me an Estimate and educated me on what was going to be done in my attic. I hired her the same day and the work was completed a couple of days later. Only took her less that 3 hours with no messy work left behind. She even through in some free insulation over my garage. Who does that? Unless they really work towards pleasing their customers. Mechelle even made sure my Attic entrance door was sealed at no extra charge. If I could give her a 10 â ï¸ , I would. The owner, Michelle called me immediately came out the next day and did the work for an honest price. They came behind another contractor who basically charged me to insulate my entire attic but missed two large areas and refused to come back without charging me additional money. Miss Her insulation is very professional and honest! Definitely would hire this company¡

Michelle Taylor was awesome! She came out for an estimate, explained what was going to be done, how long and the total cost. She and another woman came out and performed the insulation. They did a great job and cleaned up after. Very pleased with the job they did and would no hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

When I put in a request for a quote, Michelle responded immediately. Husband loved her. Hired her after she looked at what we needed. Installation was just within 3-4 days of quote. Very professional with good service and an honest, straightforward and friendly business approach. Carefully explained just what I was receiving for the money and carefully examined the entire area to be insulated before making a quote. Arrived on the agreed upon day and immediately explained all that she would be doing and offered for me to inspect and check as I wanted. Provided a sample of the insulation beforehand and showed the actual packages to confirm authenticity. When finished, thoroughly cleaned up and vacuumed all areas touched by the equipment and hose. As indicated previously, Michelle is of high integrity and delivers as promised. Will use her again if ever have an insulation need.
