JRC Home Solutions is a company I highly recommend for entire home water softener systems. We had inconsistent soft water from our home system. They took the time to listen to my issue, came in with possible suggestions. Had a service tech out who identified the issue and within a few days the work was completed in an efficient and professional manner. The company's employees are professional, knowledgeable, patient to learn about my issue. The repair was completed in a timely manner and very professional. Again I highly recommend this company

Equipment seems to work as advertised and the installation was clean and professional.

When I called the original installer from a new home build only 5 years old, the installer would not return any calls. I even called the office and was told I would get on the schedule for repair. These guys where out the next day and the part was ordered. Will use them again. Make sure your installer is willing to service your stuff. Some just like the install fee and move on.

Great company to do business with. Reasons: 1) What your representative tells you is exactly what you get. 2) Promptness and courtesy updates before the installation. 3) Installation A+. Installer didn't just install the equipment, he explained in detail how everything works and made sure our questions were answered. 4) Follow up after the installation to make sure we were satisfied and to test the water to ensure treatment was working as designed. 5) Result - high quality water.

They were easy to work with

I didnâ t rate this company for a few months to see how the product and the service would be long after installation. Iâ ve had too many companies ask me for a review right after the purchase and them a good rating but then a week later the product fails and customer service doesnâ t want to talk to me they just want to text or â chatâ . So I donâ t give reviews for a few months. The product has been perfect and our customer service person Crystal is exceptional (a shining light in todayâ s lack of good customer service). They know their stuff and very accommodating. The water is now silky with no calcium deposits to be found from any of the faucets. No white spots on shower doors, glasses, cutlery or the cars. Itâ s as close to perfect anything could get (and I donâ t say that often, I really donâ t). The pricing is fair and competitive. I recommend this product and especially these people!

Very quick to .respond to us. We had purchased a water softener and filtration system and Matt came to install it. He was wonderful. Explained what he was doing and how to maintain it. Great service. We did have to resist the upsell for their system but once they understood what we wanted, they were wonderful.

Great people to deal with, very friendly and honest with me. Matt and his son did a great install of a Vesta water softener, and the install was perfect and looks good. Only been a day so canâ t comment on quality of this equipment yet.

Very professional and friendly. It was the only company willing to come out to the house to replace uv lamp bulb on a water purifying system. It wasn't their brand that they sold, but they were willing to replace the parts. I am very grateful that they came out to the house.

Great Service all starts with sales. Crystal was amazing, knowledgeable and honest. Install was quick and clean. Great company so far, and the water quality is amazing. The reverse osmosis system makes the water taste better than bottled water ever did.

Kay contacted me for the appointment. She was very kind and informative. She spoke highly of the company and employees. Crystal came to the house and explained the system in detail. She helped me decide what system was best for my household. Matt did the install, patched the area where the old contractor cut up my garage wall, and hauled away the old unit. He explain the controls to me and was very informative. On top of it all, I was able to get a great price! Thanks JRC team! I will recommend you every time!
