He and his team were great about helping me get before and after photos with their insulation measurement markers and provided me with certificate of completion copies for my attic and for my own records. They did a great job and were meticulous about cleaning up. I was also pleasantly surprised that their material quality guaranteed little to no settling of the blown in insulation.
