"I have had the solar screens since 7/2018. The problem is with customer service. I have one particular screen that has to be fixed for the third time. I’ve been calling each week for the past four weeks and they keep saying “we’ll be out Saturday or Monday” or” we ‘re short of workers”. Being short is not an appropriate excuse. I’ve put a call in to the manager and of course he hasn’t called me back. Give your money to a company that appreciates your business."

Explained additional items to include to allow manufacturer to provide a 50 yr tansferable warranty on the shingles. The job was done on schedule, they cleaned up at the end, and did not request any payment until after completion and final inspection by Mr Floyd himself. I highly recommend them."

Seemed like he was learning a few things as he started installing some things, like the closet doors - he bought the wrong roller mechanisms and didn't know how to install a peep hole eyeglass - in fact he lost a part of the magnifier and had to go back to the store to buy another one, as well as the closet roller mechanisms - all at my expense. I do not recommend this company."
