Great! The shades are good quality and they were very responsive! I love the shades, but when I didn't like the way they looked at the top without a cartridge or valance, Kim helped me figure out the best solution for the problem. They installed metal fascia for us and it looks great!

Very disappointing. There is inconsistent spacing between each louver. In effect, there is little difference vs. the 20+ year old shutters that we replaced. It was a total waste of $3,500.00. We had stressed to Joe, when we ordered the new shutters, how important it was to us to have consistent gaps between the louvers. We recognize that there will be some spacing between louvers, but the inconsistency of the spacing is the problem. Joe's response to us was "no one ever complained about this" and it is not his problem to solve - rather, he told us, it is an issue with the manufacturer, and if it is within the manufacturer's tolerance level, there is nothing he can do. He is the one selling the product, but he doesn't want to take any responsibility for this matter. In effect, he could care less about customer satisfaction.

The job went very well Accent windows came out and help me choose exactly what I wanted. We replaced 23 windows with custom shutters and blinds. Accent was very professional; I am a usually high maintenance person (I'm in the service industry). We are continuing to use them for additional work too (that should tell you something). We have been so impressed with the overall product from Costco/Accent Windows. The entire process was easy, efficient and we are 110% happy with everything. I wish more businesses would serve their customers this way. I recommend Accent windows 100%.

2 screens did not fit well and 1 screen was left off. The left off screen was placed but the tech was not aware of the 2 screens that needed adjustment. He fixed one but had to notify the office of the upper screen. I had to send a photo of the defective screen and was notified a new one was ordered. It took a couple of weeks to be installed. We're good now.

Everyone at Accent Windows was very helpful and professional. Samples of the screen colors and density, as well as the frame colors, were provided when the window measurements were taken. The screens came out great. They fit the windows perfectly and both the screens and frames are of excellent quality.

Very well. Our new shutters/blinds install will be a 2 step process. We're waiting for the arches to arrive, and the crew will install those windows. We are tickled pink with the result. I would also be the 1st to complain if anything was not perfect. There was one shutter that didn't work, and the installation crew fixed it right away. Another note: the installation crew were very pleasant, and didn't get in my way during the day. Complete professionals. Now our house looks like a million dollar home.

Excellent small company with dedicated employees . . . Kim who helped me select fabric; Joseph, the owner, who measured my windows and provided additional advice; and courteous installers. Their price was fair and they were easy to contact and returned calls promptly. I even met the lady who sewed my draperies. All employees genuinely wanted the customer to be satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It was wonderful. They came out and measured everything, ordered the blinds, and when the blinds came in they made an appointment to install them. They were on time, and they were very meticulous with the installation. They made sure everything was straight and even and everything looks fabulous! They did a very good job and they were very professional!

Original shutters were installed with a previous owner, and they looked great. We hired this company to install additional shutters. However, the quality was OK but not quite as good as the originals. The french door shutters do not close properly, for example. We decided we wanted to complete the rest of the windows, and hired them a third time. This time was just terrible! The quality was poor. Shutters do not close properly, and the finish of the wood feels rough and unfinished. It's like they ran out of time and rushed the job. Almost seems like another person or company did the work. We were very disappointed, and will probably have to spend money replacing them at some point. Lastly, we had curtains installed and these turned out OK.

How did it go? Wonderfully smoothly. Wonderfully easily. Joseph came and measured the windows and provided quotes for multiple options for shades. There was no pressure to make a decision. When the shades were ready, Steven came to install them. It took him less than one hour to install 6 shades. He was on time and professional. Thanks, Accent Windows.

We primarily dealt with Kim at Accent windows who helped us set the initial appointment and kept us informed of the progress from start to finish. They arrived for the initial appointment on time, with samples and helpful suggestions on what our options were. The entire process took no more than 30 minutes. We were told it would be between 6 to 8 weeks for the blinds to arrive and that they would call to schedule the installation. On the 6th week Kim called to schedule the installation but our painter still had a couple weeks of work to do which we wanted done before they installed the blinds. Kim said no problem and called us again two weeks later on the same day we had planned to call her. We scheduled the installation for 10:00 AM the following Tuesday. On Tuesday morning Kim called and said it would be closer to 11:00. Her installer arrived at 10:15 and all work was completed by 1:00. We had done some online pricing tools for the size windows we had and thought Accent's original quote was spot on for the work we had done. The extra Angie's List discount was a bonus.

I originally talked to Kim at Accent Blinds when I called for a new set of blinds. I ordered sets for 4 new windows. Before they due date, a rain storm delayed the order. By this time I had decided I wanted to finish all the windows in the house so I ordered 6 more sets. The blinds came in and I delayed again.
Finally - Today it took Steven and Mike 1 hour to install 10 blinds.
They were very efficient and my blinds look beautiful.

Joseph came out to my apartment and measured the front windows for plantation shutters. He said the timeframe was approximately 8 to 10 weeks and I wanted them installed before Christmas. He said no guarantees but he would do the best he could to accommodate my schedule. My shutters were installed by Joseph on December 19. I could not be more pleased. His assistant, Kim, kept me informed of the progress the entire time. I would definitely recommend accent windows to anyone looking for any type of window coverings.

I recently had plantation shutters installed in the bedrooms and bathrooms of our home. Joe at Accent Windows made the selection process so easy and the price was so reasonable that I was actually beginning to worry that I hadn't paid close enough attention prior to my final purchase. But when the shutters arrived and Stephen installed them I was THRILLED! They are such great quality and they look and feel amazing. The installation was quick, on time and really well done. We had one window that had apparently been mis-measured, but Accent Windows was professional in every way and corrected the shutter for that room very quickly. My husband and I visited some open houses recently in much more expensive areas and I was delighted to see that my shutters from Accent Windows were every bit as nice or nicer that the shutters at these expensive homes!
Kim at the Accent Windows office kept me up to date on the progress of the shutters and was immediately responsive to any questions I emailed to her. I couldn't be more pleased and I would recommend Accent Windows and their whole team without hesitation.

We love the new blinds! The owners and staff are very professional. We had one small confusion, but even that was handled with ease and straightened out by both of us quickly. The office staff is easy to get a hold of and knows the product. I was impressed by the job the installer did, he was very courteous and did a great job installing the blinds. The blinds fit very well and were measured to fit with no excess slats looking sloppy at the bottom. Accent Windows worked with me to get an economical and nice looking blind within my budget. The blinds come with a nice valance/cornice which really finishes off the window. Thanks Accent Windows for being attentive and doing a great job!
