You have to pay up front before any work has been done through his website or phone app. And you pay for a set amount of hours. If it takes longer, you pay again. You don't get reimbursed if it didn't take as long as you paid for. If he has to travel to get a different part, he is on the clock for that too, even if he bought the wrong part to begin with. Seemed like he was learning a few things as he started installing some things, like the closet doors - he bought the wrong roller mechanisms and didn't know how to install a peep hole eyeglass - in fact he lost a part of the magnifier and had to go back to the store to buy another one, as well as the closet roller mechanisms - all at my expense. I do not recommend this company.

Not well. He did not want to do the handyman job after payment (stating a 2-man job) and said he would refund payment. The labor for the bedroom paint job was charged per coat not the job as a whole, included walls only-did not include baseboards. I do not feel the extra fees were fair and got no money refunded to me. Basically, he used the prepaid $349 handyman to be refunded for: purchase and pick-up of 2 gals. paint @ Home Depot near my home, labor for a 2nd coat of paint (bedroom walls only) and to send an overnight letter to me through the US post office ($23.75). Buyer beware! I was disappointed in the experience as a whole.

You purchased the coupons and then told me what you needed done, once I arrived at the house and seen the patio cover you wanted me to redo, " first off not even close to an 8 HR day of work" I told you that one man couldn't do that alone. I painted the bedroom and per the coupon discription it only covers the first coat, I had to paint it twice, I informed you of this and that it would be an additional $100.00 you agreed for me to do it. You didn't have any materials there so, I had to go and get them. Also you had me looking for keys to overnight to you. All this stuff takes time, if I have to go and pick up materials and run errands for you, that isn't free. I'm sorry that you are disappointed but I'm not sure why you waited a year to post this review if you were that disappointed. When I completed the job you seem to be very happy.."

He fixed a plumbing leak to the master shower upstairs. He even showed me where the leak was coming from and showed me that it was fixed by running the shower afterwards. His sheet rock work was awesome and professionally done. I recommend him to everyone. I'm using him again in a few weeks to replace my back door and install a storm door. His work shows that he really knows what he's doing.

Everything was going good and I got a text saying he'd be back next week to finish pressure washing the driveway. I have used Sean a few times and he's done excellent work so if course I had no problem in him completing the job a few days later, it had gotten cold. This was Jan 22, 2016. March 9, 2016 I texted him asking him about finishing the driveway and he said he hadn't forgotten me, I was one of his favorite customers. November 16, 2016 texted him about Christmas lights, he never mentioned completing job. Now its May 19, 2017 and I have yet to ever hear back from him to complete the job he started, only about 1/4-1/2 of the driveway. I think I've given him plenty of time.

They were good. It was great. I would give them excellent or A. I think it was just one guy, and he left it the same way he got it. I think it was like 4-5 hours to be complete.

It was alright. More than anything it was the professionalism and customer service was kind of questionable. They were here early February of 2017. I have a rental house that had to be re painted. So I waited over there, he showed up relatively on time. Let me back up a little bit. I had some questions about whether he would bring supplies to cover up the belongings in the room and he was just kind of rude over email about it. His response was something along the lines of, you know that's your responsibility right?, it was kind of like that. So when he came his presentation wasn't very good. He goes, "I'm here to do some painting." It was just kind of like, you know, not hi I'm so and so from such and such company, you got an Angie's List deal etc. I was just like, "hey", I mean it was like, "well come on in." He came in and busts out his paint and starts painting. I said, "are you planning to take off the outlet covers?" and he's like, "no, that's not part of the deal." I said, "well I really wish you would." Anyhow he ended up doing it but he gave me grief about it. He painted and it looked fine. He didn't mess anything up and then that was the end of it. Everything turned out good.

"Dear customer, the bad thing out emails & text is that you can't read someone's emotions through them. I recall the conversation a little differently. You ask if I would bring something to cover up the items in the room, my responce was " yes I have drop cloths on the truck" the part about that's your responsibility was, I wanted to make sure that you were aware of the fact that it's the homeowners responcability to move furniture to the center of the room and remove all wall hangings. when I arrived on the job I met you at the front door on time as scheduled, with part of my painting supplies in hand, I said "I'm Shaun and I'm here to do the painting" you showed me the room to be painted, I went back to my truck for the rest of my supplies and went to work. You came in and ask if I was going to remove the switch covers and my response was, " I usually just cut around them" you said " I'd prefer you to take them off" so, as you requested I took them off. I apologize if it seemed that I was being unprofessional or rude that was not my intention at all. When I arrive on a job, my focus is to get the job done and not have my customer waiting on me to get my job done. With that being said, once again I apologize if I seemed unprofessional or rude."

Shawn got to work right away and didnt waste any time unlike others. He even went beyond the usual scope and really believes in doing good work. A real honest and great guy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Shaun was right on time for the job and his work was excellent. He was cordial, easy to talk to and reviewed exactly what I wanted to achieve before he started working. He worked quickly and efficiently and completed all the work I needed in the allocated time. I would highly recommend Shaun to all my friends and neighbors. I will use him again in the future whenever I need professional results and a fair price. I feel I received excellent value for my money.

Excellent initial contact and scheduling to fit my schedule. He arrived promptly and got right to work, told me what he was going to do and how long it would take, Finished when he said he would be. I have an autistic son who is very distressed by changes in routine, strangers in the house, frightened by unidentified unexpected sounds and we planned to schedule while he was at his day program. Unfortunately he had a seizure that morning and was home. It was very helpful to have the project explained and completed exactly as expected. Saun's respect for my son's needs was sincere. He's a good man who did a good job.

It went great. Shaun was on time and ready to go. He was friendly and professional. He was also good with my dogs as well. I had started the job but failed miserably. Shaun came in, fixed my mistakes and finished the job like it was nothing. He did the job even though I was out of his area. I would definitely hire him again if I could. I wish every company worked the way Shaun did.

Shaun is a ninja!!! He was there right at the time that he said he would be there...slipped in and did the job well and QUICKLY...without any disturbance to our daily routine...and my wife (who is a VERY critical woman) says that she is AMAZED with Shaun's work!!! I would recommend Shaun to anyone who needs work done around their house and does not know how to do it or doesn't have time to do it. Shaun's price was VERY competitive and I can't say enough about how good his work and professionalism is. Thanks Shaun!!!

Shaun was just amazing, can`t say enough good things about him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, on time and very trustworthy (and great with my two dogs, which is important to me). He worked very hard and efficiently. The results are excellent and I am extremely happy with all the work he has done. He went above and beyond and assisted me in obtaining the materials needed and explaining the process. He was very patient as I recently had surgery and even assisted me in picking up the materials. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future.
