Barry called to say he would be there and arrived accordingly. He worked continuously. He knew what he was talking about. He said his work was guaranteed for 90 days and to call if there were questions.

Wanted to get through the zones as fast as possible without setting them going into the street. Did not calibrate the units well. Would not complete one zone before rushing to the next one. Called and cried to his boss and left the job. I waited 3 weeks for their service and they did nothing. Guess he had a bad weekend and hates his job.

I was very impressed from start to finish. Andy was the irrigation consultant who did all my work, and he was excellent.  He was beyond professional and helpful in every way.  His work was excellent, and he went out of his way to accomodate my (sometimes overly) detailed brain.  He was punctual and efficient.  He installed the extra zone and drip as quoted.  Then, since I was having a fair amount of landscaping done a few weeks later, he returned after that work was completed to tune up the system and make sure everything was working and spraying the way it should.  He cut no corners and ultimately replaced, moved, adjusted most heads so everything was perfect.  I have used them in the past and they were great as well, but this time, service was exceptional.  I will likely not use anyone else in the future.

We used this company again because we were impressed with them the first time we used them. When I first called for appointment was told it would be almost a week before they could get to us. I was ok with that since it wasn't an emergency. Got a calll the next day and they could come out that day due to a cancellation. Was very thorough and fix the problems we had fast and efficiently. I thought the price was fair for all of the sprinkler heads he had to replace and adjust. We've tried many other sprinkler companies in the past but this one will be the one we call again.

Our service provider Barry was very knowledgeable. He spent time explaining all the repairs that were needed, and worked until everything was running smoothly and to our satisfaction. Excellent job! Thank you!

abdscapThey spent an hour examining our drainage situation.  Sent out a crew, finished in one day, did a super job at installing the PVC pipe at the curb at the street.  It still looks brand new, no chips or collapsing.

Barry was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.  I was very impressed with this company and will use them again in the future.

I can't rate the work of this contractor, because I hired another contractor to do the work.

They repositioned the new model rain sensor from my fence to the edge of the roof.  I don't know how it happened but the old model had been broken or snapped off.  Cats and squirrels like to walk along the board at the top of the fence and I thought it was best to move it to another location.  I asked Waterwise if they could put it along the edge of the roof.  Waterwise's representative was on time and very professional.  He got the work done quickly.  Before he left he checked out the sprinkler system to make sure it was working properly.  I'm very happy with the service they provided.  When I called to set up the appointment, they answered their phone quickly and courteously.  I enjoy working with them and will call them back if I need service in the future.

I cannot say enough about how quick  to respond, polite, and professional the people were, the cost was in line with the other quotes I received.  I will absolutely use them again.
I called three irrigation contractors for bids.  I supplied all three contractors with a detailed sketch of my landscaping on a copy of my home survey to speed things up.  I should also mention that it was the beginning of summer which is a very busy time for lawn services.  I contacted Waterwise via Angie's List  (A.L.) and two days later received a letter via post saying they didn't have my phone number to contact me.  I thought it was odd they didn't contact me via A.L. messenger, but nevertheless, I gave them my contact info and 3 days later I received the quote. 
The quote was very detailed and answered almost all of the questions I had.  The quote had a breakdown of sprinkler heads and zones as well as a detail of the warranty.  Also, a sketch was included giving the general layout of the sprinkler heads and valves.  After some modifications to the bid, a date for installation was set up for less than a month later.  The crew arrived on time and completed the work in the time promised. 
Very little damage was done to my landscape.  Only a few bush branches were broken.  The damage to the sod was minimal and should recover completely in a few weeks.  The following week they came out and performed the back-flow prevention valve test and did the walk down.  A few items needed to be fixed.  The wrong controller was installed and two heads needed to be added, but the items were quickly remedied and the final inspection was good.

The work went well. He moved up the head so that it cleared the lawn. What I didn't like was that it looked like they contracted out the job. Because the name on the truck and business card was different. I don't think that is very professional.

Summary: The work occurred during the week of a major rain event which resulted in some things I wasn't completely pleased with. While they completed the work on time my backyard is not very level now in the areas they worked on.

The front yard looks great and the system has worked very well. I am pleased with the system, the calibration that was done, and the training on using the system i received.

The back as i said is a little rougher. I had no issues with standing water prior to the installation but now there is a spot in the yard that doesn't drain well. I told the installer of the issue when they trained me on the unit. He took pictures and told me they would get back to me but I never heard back. 

Finally the backyard is very uneven now. I know that it takes some time for things to return to normal but the yard overall looks a little worse than when they started. I feel like they rushed the install and the 8 to 10 inches or rain that fell that week had a negative effect on the work. 



Update,

Waterwise called and free of charge fixed my issue with the drainage in the backyard. I was very pleased with the customer service and the went out of their way to make it right.

I gave a big dig who dug up not only sprinkler head but part of the occur piping as well. They fixed the damaged areas and helped me find a way to keep him from continuing to damage the system.

two very smart and accommodating guys had this done at amazing speed.

Excellent, we are very happy. Warren found underground leaks, and one in a raised flowerbed. He made several recommendations and implemented them. He does sprinkler repairs part time, so it took a little while to finish all the work, but he is worth it.

They were great, I've used 2 times now and would recommend them to others.
