We just had gutters installed by RainMizer. The experience was fantastic. David gave us great information when he came out to do the estimate. The price was very competitive and David seems much more knowledgable than the other companies who gave us quotes. The work was perfect and the crew did a great job cleaning up. Feeling like we could not have made a better choice.

David came to my house the day after I called to request a quote. I received the quote the afternoon he stopped by. The pricing was competitive, and I was able to schedule installation the following week. The work was done in one day; the gutters look great, and the guys did a walkaround the area to pick up any debris. I would definitely use them again for gutter work.

They damage our metal roof on the new house. Which the owner David came out and looked at but refused to pay to have it fixed.

Obviously this is a personal discontentment of themself to want to be posting negativity 4 years later.. There’s always that 1 in 10,000... I will take them odds.. Rain Mizer did an excellent job. The owner responded quickly to my request for a quote through their website. He came and took a look at my gutters and was able to give me a quote with a couple of different options. After deciding on what we wanted, they installed the gutters within 1 week. Their workers showed up on time and did excellent work. The gutters look great and I feel much better heading into the weekend with some possible rain.

Really hate leaving bad reviews but I feel I must when others could really benefit from my experience. Initially install and communication was great. Easy to get a quote, schedule a time, and get the work completed. Problem is the quality and customer service. I went with Rain Mizer, though not the cheapest because I was wanting to avoid a headache. I was wrong. After a few months after getting my gutters installed, I started having water flow over the gutter. I'm no gutter expert so couldn't figure out why. Originally thought the speed down the slope of the roof was causing it but later found out it was because the gutter was filling up, finding a weak spot or low point and flowing over. Granted it took me a while to figure this out and it is not like it rains hard every day or I have time to check every time it does. Fast forward and a new roof later I figure it out and ask for Rain Mizer to come warranty their work. Theresa comes out, takes some pictures from the ground and sends me an estimate to re-hang all the gutters again. Cost 65% of what it cost to get everything installed in the first place. Now the real horror part of the story. I tried to email or call to figure out why they won't warranty their work or explain to me why they won't. Weeks after several attempts I finally get a reply and Theresa passes me to David (owner). He says he can take a look next week but no shows. Then doesn't answer my calls for weeks attempting a few times a week. Finally Theresa replies to an email and says he is more responsive via text. Partly true but still takes several attempts to get a reply. From start to today, it has been 6 months before I gave up because he says he will not warranty his work and it is too costly for him to even take a look to see if it was something else that caused the issue or if it was the installer. He based it off the pics Theresa took from the ground. While waiting for a response from them, I had 7 different gutter vendors come out to quote the work expecting no help from Rain Mizer. 3 of the 7 actually got on a latter and 2 did measurements and pointed out the issues to me. David claims the roofers messed with the gutter when they put on the new roof. I asked the different vendors and said that it was not probable since Rain Mizer screwed into the drip edge to hang the gutter and there is no evidence such as additional holes or tearing of the screw holes, suggesting they had been unscrewed. The roofer put a new drip edge over the previous one. All vendors stated it was never pitched right. A few vendors said there aren't enough down spouts because there are only 2 covering 70 feet. All this and David refuses to come out to explain to me why his install was always right or how the roofer clearly changed the alignment of the gutters. Lastly, I tried to offer to split cost with him since so much time had passed. Again, refused and told me I don't know anything about gutters and down right insulted me. Ended by saying via text if I didn't like his answers via phone or text then I really wouldn't like it in person for sure. Not sure if you want to be threatened but I sure don't, so that was the final straw to push me to write a negative review so others don't have to deal with him. Many other companies much better and professional but have a minimum to meet to do the work. Unfortunately I will have to pay to meet that minimum to correct this issue Rain Mizer has left me. Hope this helps you make a decision.

"We installed Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s gutters early in 2018.. It was a great install with no complaints.. (for over two years). Mr. [Member Name Removed] had his roof replaced this summer and some the gutters were removed and then reattached... During this process the gutters were not only damaged and beat up, but they were not reinstalled correctly as the original install was done... He called us out to assess and we immediately saw what had been done.. (and we took pictures as well) Being that our installation had been compromised, this voids any warranty that goes with our original sale. We gave him a price to re-install the gutters the way that they were originally & he wanted this done at a cut rate or as a warranty item, which neither applied as it would take us more time to take them down and re-install, than the original installation... Im very sorry that he feels he has to write such a negative review on us about something that was done two years later to his roof and gutter system and had nothing to do with our original installation... Otherwise as you can see, he would have been calling us and writing negative reviews 2-1/2 years ago if there was a problem with our work.... Being a curious person as I am, I looked into his review profile on a couple of the sites that we have great reviews on (including 390 on Angies List) and I didn't feel so bad.... Over 90% of his reviews are negative on everyone and no one is up to his standards in any category. Im sure all the other business owners have the same story to tell about this unhappy customer.. I hope this helps those of you that want a quality product, with quality service, to make the right choice and give us at Rainmizer a chance to help you with your gutter needs... We had Rain Mizer install gutters around our garage to help alleviate a flooding issue. Theresa gave us an excellent estimate and the team installed the gutters a few days later. We are repeat customers so we knew what to expect. The crew did an excellent job! They were friendly, professional and fast. A few day later we had heavy rain and the gutters performed as expected. They never return my emails to schedule appointment after I got the quote from them. If they do not want to do it, just say no or the quote was too low and want more money. I am thinking good luck with my warranty. I do not expect they will return my requests either. The person who installed my gutters was nice. Just bad management.

Theresa came and gave me an estimate, it was the lowest of three. Paying for it was easy, they sent me an email quote and all I need to do was click on a button to pay with my credit card. Installation was over in about three hours. They forgot splash guard but I called Theresa and Dave came out to install them the next day. They look good, color matches my house. Could be happier

Fast and professional. Not only did they replace the old gutters with material far superior to the gutters that they removed, they also put me in touch with a great carpenter to replace some rotted wood that was under the old gutters. Very glad to have used them.

I sent a note over the weekend to Rain Mizer asking for a quote. By Monday I had an appointment scheduled with Theresa. Later that week Theresa cams came out to do the estimate. She arrived early, did what she needed do, and gave me the quote onsite. After a couple other bids, even though Rain Mizer was a little more expensive, I opted to go with them. I really liked the half round option that not too many companies offer. The day of install it rained. Theresa was prompt to reschedule the appointment to the next day. They came out around 10 am to do the install and was done by 4. I noticed when I got home one of the downspouts was in the wrong spot. I called Theresa and she came out to look and agreed it wasn’t done as we had discussed. The crew came back out a few days later moved the downspout and even filled in the holes that was left in the grout. This company definitely understands customer service and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and a great product.
