Mr. Bob Woerner, the technician came at the appointed time and installed the screen. It looks fabulous and is easy to operate. Mr. Woerner installed also one pin on the top and one on the bottom, so the door can be looked, when needed. I am very happy with my purchase even as it was pricey. Both Mr. Eckert and Mr. Woerner were professional, friendly and answered all my questions to my total satisfaction.
