Paul is dishonest and uses poor materials that he salvaged from random places because he does not pay his bills. He owes many employees thousands of dollars and even steals from customers and runs up toll bills in their names. There are much more professional contractors to use and a better price.

Excellent. This house is a custom build A--frame and it can be very challenging. Shamrock Roofing met this challenge and did a fantastic job installing a metal roof.

I recently hired Shamrock Roofing to replace my entire roof. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone I dealt with at the company, from Steve the salesman to Jose the foreman of the roofing crew. They were extremely competent and very responsive to my questions and concerns, and did a fantastic job, with great communication throughout the project. They showed up when they said they would, performed the work in a high quality manner, explained what they were doing and what needed to be changed during the project, and cleaned everything up when they were done. They offered a great price, and when it turned out they underestimated the size of my roof when providing me the initial quote, they agreed to honor the original quote without me even asking. In short, I highly recommend you hire Shamrock Roofing if you need any roofing work done on your house.

quick process, fair pricing, excellent service

Shamrock was one of three vendors we solicited. All vendors bid on the same quality or brand of roofing material. Shamrocks sales representative came out and actually climbed to the roof (the only one of the three vendors) to inspect the current condition of the roof where the others use a satellite service. A proposal was submitted handwritten on company’s standard contractor agreement form (the other two bids submitted typed bids with more detailed job information). After comparison of bids, Shamrock’s proposal was the lowest which also included a discount for seniors. After reviewing Angie’s, BBB, the material specifications and receiving an email with answers to some clarification questions we accepted Shamrock’s bid. We signed the agreement and give them a check for ½ the amount. A couple days later we were notified that they had made a mistake in the material estimate which required an additional charge. Still lower with the additional charge than the other bidders and having already paid ½ the original amount we agreed to the extra amount. On a Wednesday morning the material showed up and was offloaded. Later in the morning a 7 or 8 man crew showed up and started the job. Thursday, also later in the morning the same crew showed up. Friday, only 4 men showed up. Saturday only 3 men showed up and finally Sunday only 2 men showed up. The two men who finished the job who had been on the job from the start were Crecencio F. and Jose P. and really worked hard to finish the job and do it right. Except for Sunday the crews worked till about 7:00 p.m. There was only part time supervision and toward the end, support was weak (we actually provided some tools and helped with the clean up). There also was some confusion in the crew about what was to be installed, i.e. ridge vent and turbine vent (both or just ridge vent). The weather was also a problem due to popup thunderstorms which had not been in the forecast plus the heat. This was our 4th roofing experience on a house we owned. Never in our experience, on a similar size house had crews come so late in the day and had a roofing job take more than 2 days.

Bid was provided quickly upon my call to company. The sales person, Steve's, bid was for repair work only. I had seen favorable reviews on Angies list and elsewhere and a neighbor highly recommended Shamrock, based on her positive experience. As a result, I chose not to get another bid. Luis showed up to complete work at the expected time. He was very courteous and did a good job of cleaning up all debris. And, no issues thus far, post this repair. I definitely will follow up with Shamrock, when it's time for more significant work or for a replacement roof. Hopefully, at that time, Shamrock's bid will be competitive so that I can continue this positive experience.

I called three roofing companies for a quote on a roof repair. Shamrock Roofing was the first to respond with a great price quote. Very responsive, professional service, and most of all considerate. LeAnne was the representative that came to our house and inspected the roof, she was wonderful! Any type of roof you want/need they have at good prices. I highly recommend Shamrock Roofing.

Shamrock management met with ourselves and our Insurance carrier to inspect and address the condition of the roof. Once a proposal was made and agreed to, the project was scheduled and completed on time. Highest quality roofing products were used and installed by a very well experienced crew. New construction home (Darling American Classic in Woodforest, TX) had repeated problems with roof leaks. Under warranty repairs didn't resolve the problems. Took matters into our own hands after warranty expired and called 3 roofing companies. Shamrock was the quickest response and there assessment was thorough. The bid was reasonable but better yet, their availability was great! From bid to finished job, they were fantastic. We just survived Hurricane Harvey and had absolutely NO problems with any leaks. THANK YOU SHAMROCK!!!

roof and leak fixed A+ job

They get A+ or as high as you can give them across the board. I had 3 roofer come out, 2 recommended a new roof from standing on the ground. Shamrock was the only company that actually got on my roof and took pictures. They said I did not need a new roof that I needed minor repair. They gave me a, I think, like a 10 year warranty on their work. The other 2 roofers stood on the ground and said that I had to have a new roof. They started pointing out all this stuff. Shamrock got on the roof and said all you have to do is replace these shingles and you are fine, your roof will last another 5 years. They will get my business if I ever have to get a new roof. I don't care what they charge, just because their honesty and professionalism. I will pay them what ever they want to put on a new roof.
