Chase was very professional and did a great job pressure washing our driveway, cleaning the exterior of the windows and cleaning out the gutters on our home. The driveway looks as clean as it did when our home was new and the windows are sparkling clean. His pricing was very reasonable and we would definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to others.

The kid that they sent out talked nonstop and ignored the pressure washing beyond the curb which we asked him to do sufficiently. We were very generous with the tip. Would not rehire.

They came two hours late; they forgot some windows, there was blue cleaning product drips on fresh paint of French doors, some windows were sprayed with white dots. (they probably cleaned the windows before their brick cleaning, and didn't bother to clean the sprayed product on the windows after). I spent more than half an hour redoing their work. And we paid $490.00.

Went great, showed up on time, spent roughly half a day for 2 men. Did the work and cleaned up.

The team was excellent and did a fantastic job at cleaning our windows. They cleaned our gutters as well and did a great job! Would certainly hire them again.

Horribly! The "worker" who came was the older of the owner's grown sons. After the son arrived and had pressure-washed only the front sidewalk, he told me the company doesn't take credit cards or checks so I had to leave and go to my bank to get cash. I had planned to write a check. Later, the father said he didn't know why his son told me that since they do take checks. The son aid I needed to pay before completion since they had never done work for me previously. I foolishly paid before much was done. It became clear why the son misinformed me. He and the wo9man who was suppose to clean the inside windows left before the job was remotely complete- none of the windows were cleaned inside at all, most weren't cleaned outside, and the only pressure-washing completed was the front sidewalk. What was done was very poor quality. The father seemed surprised that his son handled the payment process in the unprofessional way he did. The younger brother didn't seem surprised but was too quick to tell me he shouldn't have had to come back to this area since it was so far from Magnolia! That was their fault! The younger son redid only two windows and, after they left, it was painfully clear that most windows hadn't been touched. The woman took her ladder and left when the older son did so she did NOT do any windows inside at all! The owner offered to refund $200.00 through Angie's List- which was unprofessional and dishonest, given the little work done that we had agreed on. Because they did business in such a crooked way, I reluctantly settled for the small refund rather than be cheated completely. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and I would NEVER phone them for work to be done.
