Kris was professional, very responsive and easy to communicate with. His bid was reasonable and he was able to get us on the schedule in our time frame so we went with Footprints Floors. Kris remained easy to communicate with and we appreciated his quick response time. Unfortunately his team was having problems the week of our project and he had to cut some of his workers. It slowed down the progress and took longer than expected. The guys that worked on the project were there every day but there were only 2 of them and they spoke no English so communicating with them directly was challenging. They were hard workers and did a fine job but it was a really big project for such a small crew and we were out of our house much longer than expected. There were a few small issues during the installation but nothing major and the end result turned out nice. Kris tried to stay on top of things and his crew chief came by regularly to check on the progress and communicate with the workers. Overall I would recommend Kris and Footprints Floors."

I want to give a special shout-out to Brandon and Ivan who were friendly, and professional and did an outstanding job installing a new shower in my guest bathroom in just two days. There was a lot of work involved, especially with the demolition of the old bathtub, shower, and tile. They took great care to clean up after the job was finished. My bathroom looks 100% better!!"

"I can't say enough about how beautiful my kitchen looks. Ebby made a suggestion which gave me more countertop space. It gave my kitchen a more updated look than I had ever dreamed. I sent pictures to family and friends right away. He tore out the old countertop down to the base MDF that the builder had used. He custom cut 3/4" plywood onsite. I could see the sturdiness of the counters before he had applied the laminate. The seams were not visible unless you were closely examining the counter. The edges of the counters were just as beautiful as was the backsplash. His work was impeccable. Regarding customer service, he kept me notified on when the materials would be in as I had a personal schedule he had to work around. His professionalism was outstanding. In the end, he was hooking up the pipes to my new sink. I didn't get new pipes purchased, so one of the old ones cracked as it was being tightened. At 7:00 at night he was insistent that he go from my house in the country to the nearest town to find that part so I was not left with a problem. Luckily, my neighbor down the road is a plumber and I got him to come over with the part. I don't think Ebby was going to leave me with a problem that night. Service people don't do that these days. He wasn't leaving till his job was done well. In the end, he made sure that he and his helper left the area clean of any mess. You won't regret hiring him for your job. The quality of work blew my mind. I just never expected the extra mile he goes to make the project everything you expect and more."

"It was Awesome! Gladys and her crew have the experience to know just what to do when they hit a bump in the road which often happens in older homes. Thy show up on time, stay on budget, and clean up as they go along. I just cannot say enough good things about TexBest. I would not use anyone else for wood floors or tile installation"
