North Texas Comfort AC and Heating

North Texas installed a new air conditioning system in our home. They showed up on time and spent the day making sure everything about the installation was done perfectly. Everything was explained as they worked and all questions were answered. We have used them in the past for maintenance on our previous system and they always showed up quickly. They were very honest about any issue in the past and never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. Their hard work, dependability, honesty, and fair pricing is why we chose North Texas Comfort for our new system. I feel at ease knowing we purchased a great system from a fantastic company that continues to support their customers long after the big purchases are made.

We called Mark at NTC when one of our older units was giving out. He came right out the day we asked - AM even - and saw that we were ready to replace our two 20 year old units - we had replaced our other two upstairs units a few years back. They came today as they said they would and were done completely by 4:30 pm. Cleaned up after themselves, they were all nice, helped program the new thermostats - just an overall professional job. Would highly recommend Mark and his crew - so easy to do business with.

It went well. They arrived at 9am and finished at 12:30pm. The system purrs like a kitten.They told me that I didn't need to replace my heating system because it's not used nearly as much as the a/c system and it looked to be in very good shape.

Paul explained to me, that if I should develop a consistant leak of refrigerant in my upstairs unit , I might consider a new evaporator coil or a new 31/2 ton unit. He gave me estimates on both. I like this, because I can make an educated decision on on which path to take and have it fit into my budget. Paul is a well spoken guy, who explains everything to you. He'll get you patched up and cooled down.

Paul arrived early and got right to work. He did a battery of tests on both of the units in my attic.

He was gone within an hours time. He's real polite and respectful as well as informative. I'll definitely use him again !

Fantastic experience!!! I wish they did plumbing because these guys are the only ones that i will trust with my AC from here on out!!!! Give them a chance and you will not regret it!
