Small jobs welcome

"Dave did an excellent job of replastering my pool, replacing the coping stones and has an excellent team that does superior work. Dave kept me informed of the progress multiple times daily and there were no issues. Weâ ve used Dave and his Company previously in 2014, to make us a custom pool cover and it was excellent!"

"I highly recommend Jesus and his Crystal Clear Pool Service. I had a major job of re-plastering my pool (large diving pool); replacing the tile; fixing the coping; repairing a crack with five staples; and replacing the masking. The pool now looks better than ever. The crew that came out were very knowledgeable and understood the issues I was having with a prior re-plaster. They explained everything in detail and how they would fix it all, and follow-up after the pool was full (and they have followed up). The workers were constantly working and putting in at least 10 hours per day. They also paid a lot of attention to detail. The total cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work. I hired Jesus and Crystal Clear pools to do the future maintenance and sustainment of my pool."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, new home construction will always require building permits, no matter where you live. In most cases, you’ll need a general construction permit, along with plumbing and electrical permits for the utility lines in your home. Depending on where you live, you’ll likely find that you also need permits for things like connection to a sewage system or installing exterior components, like decks, driveways, patios, and curb cutouts. Leave navigating the permits required for new home construction to a professional to ensure your home is built legally and safely.

This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.

If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.

New constructions, renovations, and interior layouts benefit from expert drafting.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.
