Shortell Spa Repair

I had the pleasure of using Shortell spa repair. I have a stand alone hot tub so trying to find somebody to repair that is near impossible So I was really lucky to come across Alan Shortell. I booked my appointment, they communicated before arrival to let me know on the way and he showed up on time. He was very polite and got right in there to see what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and communicated well with me about what was wrong and what all was needed to be done. He had everything on hand that I needed for my repair, Got it fixed within an hour and a half and was on his way. I really appreciate him for all his hard work and knowledge. I recommend using Shortell Spa repair for any spa needs. He'll take care of you.

Quick service. Showed up on time. Had parts on the van and had me up and running same-day. The tech was professional, polite, and very knowledgable. And price was great! Awesome service. Awesome prices. Right on time and fixed all the problems I was having with my out of date spa. My spa is a cascade tiger river spa, which they dont make anymore. Alan cross referenced it and was able to change out the control board reprogram it and make everything work again. Fixed my light in my spa to work also. My go to spa repair guy from now on.

Quick and fat turnaround.

After searching Angi for a hot tub repair company near me, I found Shortell Spa Repair. I called on Thursday and Alan arrived on Friday afternoon to diagnose and make the repair. It took him all of 20 minutes for the diagnosis and complete repair. I would highly recommend Shortell Spa Repair to anyone needing their service and will use them again if needed!

We were able to have our hot tub repaired quickly and efficiently by Shortell Spa Repair. The service tech had the repair part in his van and took less than 2 hours, including pumping the water out and refilling the tub, to complete the job. Everyone I spoke with there was very courteous. Iâ ll definitely call them again if I need hot tub repairs.

The guy called ahead to let us know he was in route and showed up earlier than the scheduled time!!! Which was great for us. Very professional and explained everything while he was fixing our Clearwater Hot tub. He even sold us a new cover for cheaper than anyplace we found online. Definitely recommend this company! Finding your own parts online for a clear water tub can be a pain in the you know what! These folks were amazing and the price was decent for the work he did. No complaints from this happy customer!
