It was a great experience with this moving company. They moved my son from Pflugerville to Hoiston. They did a great job of keeping him informed over their arrival time to both locations. They were both professional and very polite. They handled all of his furniture and belongings with great care. We would definitely recommend them!!!

However, on the day of the move, we were surprised when the final bill was based on an hourly rate that totaled 3X our initial arrangement. Additionally, there were mentions of extra charges like a long carry fee that had not been discussed prior. While the movers were professional and handled our belongings with care, the unexpected increase in cost and last-minute fee additions made the experience stressful. It is important for moving companies to honor their initial quotes and communicate clearly about any potential additional charges to avoid such surprises. If considering Odyssey, I would advise ensuring all costs and fees are discussed and agreed upon in writing beforehand to avoid any discrepancies.

Definitely hire them!!!! They are amazing and will make sure that you are taken care of. They were really careful with my sentimental items and they packaged everything perfectly. They were on time and they were very professional with my whole move. 10/10 recommend!

It was fast and quick move. I only wished they had a email notification system in place that would notify me about the exact move time, but it was covered by Angie list messaging.
