Rob listened carefully and gave a reasonable bid. He came back a few days later and did a quick, superb job. He was honest, quick, thorough, and charged reasonably. I paid him more than he charged. Price noted below is what he charged. I gave a tip beyond that."

"The business owner & I walked my property to know what I wanted for a quote. Then he sent me an email breaking the jobs down in to 3 days and how much, which I agreed too. He did a complete yard clean up, cleaned out waste items to go to dump, then last day laid weed blocking fabric in flower plot area arranged above ground large pots putting gravel & good planting dirt inside each. Then put gravel around outside of pots. The owner & helpers were very professional and efficient in doing their job. I was very satisfied and will call again when I'm ready for the next stage."

"Machi used screws and nails *around* a mirror to hang it up. It?s unprofessional and not a good look. I asked him to remove and replace the silicone around the bath tub. It looked unprofessional and only lasted about a month. It?s falling off. Machi was working on my back door. He took a piece of the frame off and said he?d have to do more research & provide me an updated bid. Somehow he cracked the door jam in one spot and further damaged it in another. He did a substandard job of reattaching the door frame and it popped off the first time I opened the door. He did a good job repairing my fence gate and cleaning my fence but not with the staining He bought and applied 3 different colors of stain to the fence and never finished the job. When I called him on it he said he wasn?t comfortable working for me anymore. He doesn?t thoroughly clean up after himself and he attempted to charge me sales tax on labor (which isn?t taxable on residential repair and remodeling). "
