Lonestar Air Duct & Chimney

I was very happy with the service that David provided. He did an excellent job cleaning my vents, and dryer vent. I had requested my fireplace be done, but David explained to me that my gas unit did not require this. I appreciated his honesty and not charging me for something I didn't need, when he easily could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was very pleased with the service and found the price point reasonable. I would highly recommend.

The spot of damaged paint near the master bedroom register was there before I arived, but did not share this with customer, because she was hostile, so just cleaned airducts and dryer vent for free and left. She even picked on my chihuahua as being a threat, really,hua my girl is the face of business, very proud of her. DON'T CALL ME AND MY GIRL AGAIN. GOOD LUCK! By the way, she and her daughter wearing a mask the whole time I was there, but not her son, guess she doesn't care about his health. Whoever the father is might want to be worried about that. Livestock guardian dogs, give me a break those fluffy white woosies would not even scare a Chihuahua, I know saw it. Her dog paced uncomfortably while work was done, not very well trained or afraid of my 7 lb well trained killer . She protects me and a full size F350, top that.

He did it very fast, very thorough, and very cheap. I would highly recommend them as well. I would definitely use them again.

absolutely top notch. cheapest price quoted, by far. there was a misunderstanding icon my part and i wasn’t home for the first scheduled appt. david was so kind and made me feel so ok about it. we rescheduled, he was there promptly, so speedy, friendly, knowledgable, and tipped us off to a couple of bad shingles on the roof. fyi there are a few bad reviews if you check old angie’s list reviews only but look over yelp and google reviews. seriously the best. they’ve got my business for life. thanks david!!

David was awesome. I called late in the evening, he scheduled for early the next morning. He was here early, cleaned out the vent (found an old bird's nest) and even did a quick patch repair that was unrelated for no extra charge. I thought he was more than kind, very professional and I'll have him back soon to clean the air ducts throughout the house.

I called on 10/10/18 and David was able to accommodate my schedule and come out that same day! I had 3 dryer vents cleaned at 3 houses (Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville) and David was able to do them all in a row at the Angie's List price of $75 each ($225.00 total). I didn't buy these off Angie's list, I just called and told him I found him here. He was friendly and professional and extremely efficient! That's why he was able to get all 3 done before I had to leave for an appointment. My roof was very steep and slippery, but he got up there and I could see the lint coming out - new construction home, so it had been 3 years worth of lint. In Round Rock, there was a weird vent with a cover on this home from the 80's, more lint here than at my house for sure. Then on to Pflugerville to a house from the 90's, the most lint came out of here and it had likely never been cleaned before. The dryer vent is the cause of a lot of fires from what I've read/heard. David made the cleaning look easy, but it would have taken me hours and possible bodily injury getting on/off those roofs to do it! I will be hiring him every year going forward to ensure our vents are kept clean - he is amazing!

He arrived on time and was done within an hour. Very professional, efficient, and friendly. The chimney was cleaned from the bottom and the area around the fireplace was blocked off so that no soot escaped. He climbed on the roof and inspected the chimney cap and said the chimney and cap were fine. I would definitely recommend Lonestar Air Duct & Chimney.

Very happy with the service from David at Lone Star Air Duct Cleaning. Call about 10:00 and he said he was in the area and could do the jobs later in the day. He called about 30 minutes before arrival. I had originally requested only the dryer vent but asked if he could add on the air ducts which he did. He will definitely use his services again and recommend to my friends.
