"I called American Home Shield to do a service request for some appliances and after the report was done I was told to allow 24-48 hours for a call or email from the Contractor for an appointment. Two weeks go by and I was to be contacted in 48 hours. I waited and waited , so I called the insurance co and asked if I had a date and they told me to contact the Champs Contractors and gave me the phone number. I called the first time and this very rude male answered and said don’t call us to schedule, we’ll call you, I asked but when Sir. He said we’re off until January 03,2022. I said ok . I called back on January 04,,2022 after New Years and spoke with the same man and I said “ I’m calling again to see if I’m scheduled because I was told by the insurance co that I should be , but I hadn’t heard from you all. This man said they can’t tell you when we’re gonna get to you, they don’t run this company. I said ok so I should schedule with you then right. He said “ I TOLD YOU WE GON CALL YOU WHEN WE READY TO GET YOU SCHEDULED.WE GOT 40 PEOPLE WE GOT YO GET TO” I replied “ you are so very rude and he said angrily what is your name and I said no what is your name. He hung up in my face and then canceled my order for service all because I called to get a service date. RIDICULOUS!!!’"
