"The fee that Paul agreed to prior to the job was for immediate service on the job was for immediate service on a Saturday afternoon. The old water heater and new water heater had to be lowered and hoisted up an unrailed 2nd story balcony with no stairs due to accessibility issues within the home. We issued a receipt. We cannot warranty Paul's job due to electrical hazards within the home."
