From the initial call, to the complete walkthrough free estimate, to the cleaning, Kevin kept us informed throughout the entire process. I asked for a thorough inspection and cleaning, and that is exactly what we got. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our complete HVAC system, including all supply lines, registers, and returns. They even removed and thoroughly cleaned the grills. They opened up the trunk lines and cleaned and sanitized them then sanitized with Foster’s 40:80 antimicrobial product. They sent me videos of their work as they were working throughout the house, and I was shocked to see mold growing in the attic unit. They cleaned and treated it, so hopefully our allergy problems will go away. Because they are mold specialists, I asked about a problem we were having with a leaking window. Kevin and his guys caulked the window and treated the interior wall and didn’t even charge me for the extra work. They were not the cheapest quote, but it was so much better than the last time we had vent cleaning, so the extra cost was so worth it! I highly recommend them and look forward to referring them to others and using them in the future."
