The air handler was in a downstairs closet with limited room & Jim had to research units that would fit with no loss of space. Jim quickly called back with 2 options. He ordered the equipment I had chosen & set up the install when he had received the system. He arrived on time for the appointment & finished the install including modifying the duct work in the closet to save space. He cleaned up & hauled away the old equipment. Jim was friendly & knowledgeable, answered all my questions regarding the new system. In the future, I will need to replace the second older H/C system & will have no reservations on calling Jim back to do the install or for any other HVAC problems I may have.
