"Greg came on schedule and discussed the project with us. He suggested LED pancake lights and dimmer. We originally planned to put in lights on either side of the room. He e-mailed a price by the end of the day. It was a fair price but over our current budget. We really only needed the lights on one side of the room (over the new office area), so I asked Greg to revise the estimate. It was not trouble and he did not try to push me into the original quote. We agreed on the price and he scheduled the work. Brennan came promptly and even texted me when he was close by so I could put the dog in another room. He completed the work very efficiently, cleaned up everything and was just awesome really. Everything is wonderful!!! I have found my electrician from now on!!!"

"It went great! Kevin and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. From the initial call, to the complete walkthrough free estimate, to the cleaning, Kevin kept us informed throughout the entire process. I asked for a thorough inspection and cleaning, and that is exactly what we got. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our complete HVAC system, including all supply lines, registers, and returns. They even removed and thoroughly cleaned the grills. They opened up the trunk lines and cleaned and sanitized them then sanitized with Foster’s 40:80 antimicrobial product. They sent me videos of their work as they were working throughout the house, and I was shocked to see mold growing in the attic unit. They cleaned and treated it, so hopefully our allergy problems will go away. Because they are mold specialists, I asked about a problem we were having with a leaking window. Kevin and his guys caulked the window and treated the interior wall and didn’t even charge me for the extra work. They were not the cheapest quote, but it was so much better than the last time we had vent cleaning, so the extra cost was so worth it! I highly recommend them and look forward to referring them to others and using them in the future."

"Breathe Easy Mold Remediation gets a TEN thumbs up !! First and foremost, they are extremely reliable and trustworthy and only did what was necessary. They were very transparent and showed me the thermal imaging where the mold was, so I could see what work actually needed to be done and they were very thorough in explaining the process and what needed to happen. I did not have too big of a mold problem, however, it was certainly something I wanted to nip in the bud. Many companies these days will try to create more work to get more money out of the client and these guys are far from that mentality. They genuinely care about the client, the job and they stand by their work. What I especially loved was that both the owner, Victor,  and Rob, the regional manager, came by before, during and after the work to ensure that all was done to my satisfaction. I had cleaned out my garage the day after Rob came to give me the estimate and when the guys were there doing the work, Victor (the mold bloodhound!) stopped by to check in, and he found some more yucky mold/mildew stuff on the base of my garage wall. So they took care of that as well and they included it as part of my original quote. This is why i say that these guys are very,  very trustworthy and really care about the client and their work.  They want to be sure it is done right. As far as the work itself, Tim & his crew were extremely detailed, not to mention super friendly and I enjoyed having them in my home for the day ! If you are in need of mold remediation, do not go to anyone else -these guys are the best ! Oh and ...I can definitely breathe easier in my home now too so they picked the right name for their company  : )
