Chris installed a new unit for us this month. He was here on time, honest, and super fair priced. He really took the time to explain different options to us, snd walked us through the whole process. He answered every question, and even took extra time to help us learn the new thermostat. Super friendly guy! I will only be using Hackneys Heating and Air from now on. Definitely recommend
