Austin and his crew were very professional and worked for hours making sure the job was done right! They answered all my questions, went above and beyond and provided videos as the work was being done. They were not the cheapest, but definitely the best and worth it! We'll see if it makes a noticeable difference in our well-being, but our peace of mind has definitely been improved by the vent cleaning. Highly recommend Air Specialties for the job. They showed up on time, worked their a**** off, got up into the attic and cleaned the actual trunk lines, took a lot of videos and pictures to show their results, and eliminated a lot of mold and dirt residue. Very professional, friendly, and they only do one job per day to make sure they take as long as it needs to do a thorough job.

kevin, came and offered me a free estimate and explained what and how everything will be done. He schedule me within a week which was great, since the duct were full of dust and mold when i moved in. Kevin and his team showed up on time and did an amazing job. I can finally breath better and even smell better. I would recommend them to anyone that need a great cleanup that get everything done right. He even offered me a Veteran discount.

We were extremely pleased with our service from Air Specialties. I called Kevin after noticing mold on the registers in my daughters room. He was out within a few days and provided an estimate for the job. While he was there he did an amazing job explaining the process and I knew if I hired him it would be done the right way. His team did a great job cleaning and removing the mold in our air ducts and trunk lines which was shown to me in pictures and videos that Kevin took. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up after the work was complete (it was cleaner than before they arrived). Lastly, they even painted some of the registers that were chipped, so they looked brand new. I couldn’t be more impressed with their service and I feel better about the air my family is breathing.

It went great! Kevin and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. From the initial call, to the complete walkthrough free estimate, to the cleaning, Kevin kept us informed throughout the entire process. I asked for a thorough inspection and cleaning, and that is exactly what we got. They thoroughly cleaned and sanitized our complete HVAC system, including all supply lines, registers, and returns. They even removed and thoroughly cleaned the grills. They opened up the trunk lines and cleaned and sanitized them then sanitized with Foster’s 40:80 antimicrobial product. They sent me videos of their work as they were working throughout the house, and I was shocked to see mold growing in the attic unit. They cleaned and treated it, so hopefully our allergy problems will go away. Because they are mold specialists, I asked about a problem we were having with a leaking window. Kevin and his guys caulked the window and treated the interior wall and didn’t even charge me for the extra work. They were not the cheapest quote, but it was so much better than the last time we had vent cleaning, so the extra cost was so worth it! I highly recommend them and look forward to referring them to others and using them in the future.

I must say I was blown away by the difference this service made to my home and family. It’s a night and day difference in our home now in regards to our air quality. We did this 5 years ago and had little difference in results. This time around we contacted Kevin because a friend referred him and they where on time, professional and respectful of our space. His knowledge and attention to detail alone made me feel comfortable and now the results reflect that. He’s my go to go guy from now on for me, my family and friends. Best decision ever!!

The owner of the company Kevin and his crew arrived at 7:30AM sharp as promised. They got to work immediately. They provided all duct cleaning and sanitization as promised. They even open up my HVAC system to remove a dead squirrel that was the source of the odor in the house. They sanitized the HVAC system where the squirrel was found. They potentially may cost more but they do hands on work and worth the price.

Excellent! Kevin and his crew were complete professionals. Work commenced at agreed time and completed about 1/2 hour earlier than estimated. They were very thorough in cleaning, treating and sealing air ducts, removing, cleaning and re-installing all registers and the air return vent. The price was higher than others quoted but I was confident that Kevin was knowledgeable about what he was doing and it would be worth the price. I'm very satisfied with the results and feel it was worth it.

His service went for beyond normal duct cleaning companies. Even though his cost were higher, we feel we got a much superior job.

Kevin was great. Before he gave me a quote, he explained what 90% of the other companies do, which is just take off your vent covers and clean. This is exactly what the other companies explained to me when I was price shopping. Kevin does 200% more work then that. He actually cleaned out our heat unit itself. He is a bit more expensive, but he really earns it. You get what you pay for. I am so glad we splurged for this work, as it isn't something that you do every year, so you want as thorough a job as you can get, and Kevin provides just that. Would you rather have a carpet cleaning company who also does vent cleaning, or a specialist who just does this?

Me and my family were all suffering from allergies. We got 4 different estimates from other companies and we decided to go with air specialties even knowing they were more then the other companies because Kevin really explained every step to us. Kevin and his team did exactly what he said they would do cleaned and sanitized are air ducts and we could not be happier with the results they showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. Mr. Swanson & his assistant were both very professional, helpful, and thorough. In addition to the work they did under the house, they cleaned every air vent inside the house & vaccummed their work area. Everything they told us they would do, they did. We could not have been more pleased.

Air Specialists came to clean the air duct system and sanitize the heat and air conditioning. The whole house smells clean and with family allergies we all feel and breath better.

Kevin and his crew smdid a great job removing the mold and cleaning the A/C system. The air is now much more breathable.
