Even with some partial existing flooring that needed to be removed, Norm handled everything quickly and confidently - it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He stayed focused on the task and completed the installation efficiently, all while paying the utmost attention to detail. The entire project only took a couple of hours, and he left the space completely clean when finished. I am extremely satisfied with the final result; the new flooring looks wonderful! He opened up access to the leak and gave me a chance to have a plumber come in and repair that part of the project. By that time, the water damage had spread to a couple more areas, and I notified Jesse of the increase in the scope of the project. He promptly returned, reassessed the damage, and provided me with another reasonable estimate. We gave the area about a week to dry out, and then Jesse (and Juan) returned to do the work. And what work they did--my ceiling looks perfect and matches the rest of the textured ceiling flawlessly. They worked at a steady pace, they worked cleanly and professionally, no loud music to fill the rest of the house while they were working, and when he notified me that they were done, I went out and was extremely well-pleased with the result. Highly recommend him to anyone... "
