I recently had LVP plank flooring installed in my small kitchen, and Norm did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived early, was very professional and respectful, and clearly communicated every step of the process as he worked. Even with some partial existing flooring that needed to be removed, Norm handled everything quickly and confidently - it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. He stayed focused on the task and completed the installation efficiently, all while paying the utmost attention to detail. The entire project only took a couple of hours, and he left the space completely clean when finished. I am extremely satisfied with the final result; the new flooring looks wonderful! I highly recommend Norm to anyone in need of flooring installation. He was professional, efficient and his quality of work stands out.

Nirm didna fantastic job repairing / patching 2 different holes in my ceiling drywall. The smaller patch in the dining room was a quick fix and it looks amazing! He blended the patch seemlessly and you can not tell there was ever any damage there. The other repair was more extensive. There was a roof leak in an upstairs bedroom ceiling that required tearing out and replacing a full sheet of drywall. Again, Norm repaired the ceiling, blended it in with a textured finish, and painted the ceiling and upper corners where the wall meets the ceiling. He also cleaned up everything every day so as to not leave any messes. We sre very happy with the work Norm did for us!

He was a good commuicater, did beautiful work

Norman did an excellent job on repairing my bathroom ceiling. The reason only I only gave him 4 stars was because I had to clean up a couple hours the floors, floors, walls and toilet had spackle on it.

Norm was great! He gave me a prompt and thorough estimate; kept me informed of his schedule so that I would know when he would be available to start work; and came to work exactly as scheduled to begin the job. He was also meticulous about keeping me informed as the work progressed and giving me detailed options for completing (or postponing) unexpected complications. When it turned out that he hadn't quite finished the job on a Friday before he was scheduled to go on vacation, he came back during his vacation time to finish. Definitely a true pro!

Norm clearly told us about the roofing issues and fixed the immediate problems, and then recommended another business who could further help us get our slate roof repaired for the issues that were out of his scope. We appreciated his work and honesty. He also left the work areas clean.

Norman's not just a skilled professional - he's an actual craftsman! Replaced the knob and deadbolt on my front door, which was a tricky job, as the door was very old and actually starting to disintegrate. Previous guy I had in refused to touch it, and told me to buy a new door, but Norman understands and respects old houses. After preparing me with a worst-case scenario, he carefully restored the problematic section, and installed the new hardware swiftly and efficiently. Super nice guy, too! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Norm was great to work with. He cares much about the quality of his work and his integrity as a contractor. I found him to be trustworthy, and the finished product (roof replacement) turned out great. I recommend him if you're looking for a reliable contractor.
