"Conway Services in Memphis, Tennessee is by far the most unreliable company around. They advertise that they are available 24/7. They have a call center out of Texas that answers their calls. They sell you packages that say you are and Elite member and will be contacted by a team member, however it is impossible to speak with someone that actually works at the company. "Brandon and another technician came to my home to repair my tub. They were very unprofessional playing loud music and sitting in the work van for over half an hour. They came to repair my tub replace the drain gasket and clear the drain. I paid 325.00 dollars for this service. After they left I took a shower and the tub still did not drain. When I called back, they said they would send someone out. When he came out he said it would be another 125.00 to clear the drain they fixed the day before. When I called the office back Glen told me to find another Plummer and hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional, rude, rip off in town. BEWARE!!!!!"
