Paid him almost 1600.00 for inspections after he claimed inspections were completed he has since ghoted us. Only recieved one report of inspection, Never got permit details just the run around. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.

I hired Upchurch Inspection because I was on a tight deadline and needed my home inspected quickly. He came out the very next day. Because I was worried I wouldn't get the report within my inspection period deadline, I needed an inspector that could get me the report the same day. Wesley didn't fail to deliver. He provided me the complete report that evening, which revealed issues I wasn't made aware of by the home seller. One of those was the age of the HVAC unit. It was developing a crack in the heat exchanger, which could have been a life threatening situation at worst and would have been a costly repair at best. I was surprised by the overwhelming amount of detail the report provided. The 60 page report didn't leave anything out. Although the other issues were more minor in comparison, there were many issues with the home I wouldn't have know. existed, if not for hiring this inspector. I was able to get most of these things repaired prior to closing, saving me thousands of dollars. So. I have to say that Upchurch Inspection was worth every penny.

Wes Upchurch came out and inspected the house that I was getting ready to buy. He was completely professional and went right to work. I was very lucky that I hired him. He found a lot of things that was wrong with the home. There were holes that were patched in the ceiling, there was mold in the walls and to top it off the people that owned it had toys stuck in the pipes. That would have caused major issues. He found all the problems and reported them to me in a timely manner. I didn’t end up purchasing the home. Thank god for Wes. He is excellent. I would recommend Upchurch Inspections to anyone that is getting ready to purchase a home.
