We became FamPlan members because of the excellent service we've had from our Choates techs. Today's preventative maintenance service on our HVAC system demonstrated to us that despite having a great team and process they are continuing to make improvements. We appreciate this service-first approach!

The guys did an awesome job installing my central heating unit, I applaud them for their hard work because the unit is in the attic and it’s extremely hot up there this time of year

Had Choates replace my ac unit, but not the furnace. Its caused nothing but headaches. They banged around the furnace and come winter it wouldn't run. A tech came out and the burner was out of place. Nobody checked the furnace after moving it around. The coldest days of winter came furnace not keeping up. Another tech comes out. They didn't bother check to make sure the new thermostat was compatible with the furnace. Now the ac unit isn't keeping up. tech recommends new blower or new furnace. I look into it myself and the dip switches have been set wrong and that is all that needed adjustment. How are you going to charge that much, but not provide a good service? Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Choates has always been a reliable service. We used their plumbing service today. Terry Gray was an excellent technician. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Our problem was taken care of in a short amount of time. I will continue to use Choates in the future.

Joseph phoned he was on his way. He arrived in the time he stated and began work immediately. He checked the system upstairs and outside and found the problem, replaced, and kept us informed of his findings and progress. He was very professional.

I would like to say thanks to Randall Linn for his thorough assessment of my attic insulation issues. Choate's has done all my duct work and installed my Tankless water heater in the past. I have always been pleased with the service and the quality of the work they do.

Dianna changed our filters and did regular maintenance and inspection of all four of our systems. She was on time, polite and thorough. She called ahead to let us know she was on the way and emailed everything after she was done.

Jerrod was great. I called 4 different plumbing companies and Choates were the first to respond. Jerrod showed up, listened to what I thought the problem was and immediately got to work. He was quick to find and so efficient at fixing it.
