They replied to my message in a timely manner (this was on a Friday) and came out and replaced the unit on Monday. I'm pleased with the results. David was personable and knowledgeable, and I will use their services in the future.

Excellent. Both jobs where done professionally, the work looked great after installation. The plumbers cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking new.

Service was excellent.  Arrived on time and completed efficiently.  Well under the original estimate for cost and cleanup.  This is not the first time we have used Cordova Plumbing and we have always been more than satisfied.  Cost is approximate for 2 visits and supplies.

The repairman called in the morning with an estimated time of arrival and arrived about 30 min later than expected which was alright with me.  He knew exactly what needed to be done and had all the equipment needed for all the jobs that needed done.  I ask his price vs getting it at Home Depot or a comparable place and although it was  a bit more expensive, it was worth it to me to just have him do it rather that take the time to go and pick the parts up,, wait until my brother in law would have time to fix it, etc.  He explained why and what needed to be done.  In the end he did NOT explain the charges, all he said was "we will send you a bill".  I had to ask for an approximation of the amount of parts and labor because I did not want to get blindsided with an outrageous bill.  Fortunately it was quite reasonable.  I was satisfied with the work done.  He did not leave a big mess but there was a little clean up that I will have to do.  No big deal. He and his partner were both very pleasant, respectful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.  I would definately use them again.

Provider was not working the day after Thanksgiving but contacted me by 8:30 the following Monday. The provider arrived by noon and repaired my issues.

Before a major bathroom remodel, I sent photos of fixtures I wanted installed to replace old plumbing fixtures. He gave me advice as to better inner components I should purchase to replace cheap components that came with the plumbing fixtures I wanted.
Very knowledgable. Works fast and thoroughly which definitely saves because plumbers charge by the hour.
David goes by the books and had an inspector, (which costs nothing), come out before the walls were closed back up. I received a certificate that will ensure to whomever purchases my house in the future will feel confident. I cannot recommend more highly.

We had to remodel a bath because the builder, whom I will not name but is rated on Angie's list with an 'F', did not put water resistant backer board in the wet area around the tub.
We had Cordova Plumbing in to set the new bath faucet while the tile was down.
At the end of the job, tile and all, you would not even know they had been there.

I placed the call. In about 2 hours Nick called and was in the area. He came immediately, and the problem was fixed within 2.5 hours of placing the call. He was very friendly and professional. After we talked, he diagnosed the problem immediately. I will definitely call Cordova Plumbing when/if another problem arises. I would recommend them to a friend.

Their bid was considering less that another bid I received. At this point we plan on using them.
