They showed up every day right at 8 and put in a good 8 hrs, making sure they took their time and professionally painted and sealed my home. I highly recommend Oliver construction. They have just repaired the siding work at my house and repainted my house. They’ve painted my deck. They built my deck. They’ve done two jobs for me and I could not be more satisfied, and I will continue to use them. Their guys are professional and clean and pay attention to detail. They will schedule around you not you around them. And the price is very fair and reasonable. I cannot recommend more. I have recommended them to my friends who also used them and they couldn’t be happier. It’s pretty great when you find somebody in this business that you can really trust I plan on using them again in the future.

I was visiting a friend that had work done by Oliver Home Repair. I was so impressed with the quality of their work, that I asked her to please give me their contact information and the rest was history. The Oliver Home Team was phenomenal!! They moved furniture, pictures, and everything else that needed to be moved, and once done, they put everything back exactly the way it was. We literally had to do nothing! They painted several rooms with very high ceilings and all the trimming. They removed two very large columns inside the house, repaired the wall and the tile where they were stationed. They swept and cleaned up behind themselves. Then they framed in the patio with wood they treated, painted, and sealed to prevent water damage. They screened it and painted the concrete floor, and they made sure that the paint matched the house. I am a very meticulous and picky person, but I have no complaints whatsoever. This was such a smooth transition, that if I need work done again, I will never use anyone else but THEM! They treated my house as if it were their own. Honestly, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Five stars is just not enough for the quality of work and professionalism that they exhibited. My husband said they far exceeded his expectations!

Mr. Oliver and his team were great to work with. Our older home needed a lot of touchups here and there and this team was able to handle it all. From patching a worn out fence gate to replacing a few areas of rotted siding, to pressure washing and painting the entire property. All jobs were completed as quoted and in an unexpectedly quick timeframe. While other contractors struggled to even schedule an appointment to provide a quote, Mr. Oliver visited, quoted, and had the job done within a month. I can’t speak highly enough. We certainly know who to call first in the future!

My house was built in the early 1970s. I have lived in it since early 1995. The house still had its original siding. The siding had stood up well for over 50 years, but it was deteriorating badly. I knew that I could not put off the necessary repair any longer. But I dreaded the experience... Finding a contractor. Dealing with the costs, the delays, the potential disputes, and of course, the cost. When I called William Oliver, and he came to my house to assess it, we talked for a while. Not just about the house or the job, but about our backgrounds, our families, people we knew. I know it sounds crazy, but I felt a confidence, a trust, in this man to see my job done right. His estimate was actually less than I had expected. So William became my contractor. When his crew started work they were here every day (weather permitting), no delays, no interruptions. They were all courteous and friendly and kind. William was here often, and we spoke on the phone frequently. The whole job took about 10 working days. And the results were phenomenal. It's like having a new house! I have other jobs in the future that I hope William will take on for me. I sincerely give him and his crew my highest possible recommendation.

Mr. Oliver and his crew did an outstanding job. They installed a perimeter fence and repaired window dry rot. I called Mr. Oliver for an appointment and he arrived on time. I reviewed the projects I had for Mr. Oliver and within a day he had a quote for me. Once I approved the quote Mt. Oliver was back to me with a start date. We hired Oliver Home Repairs to do some much needed work to the exterior of our house - pressure washing, wood repair, caulking, painting, etc... They did an excellent job in all phases. They were polite, showed up on time and cleaned up each day. William was thorough in identifying the needed work and defining the scope of the job. All of his team members were experienced and professional. Rodney explained all the work around the house, which included several things we hadn't considered. Overall, the results were excellent.
