"Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. Their quality of work, construction knowledge, and integrity makes it very easy for us to give them a 5-Star Rating."

"Dan took my call, answered all of my questions and then made time to squeeze me in to get my cabin up and running before my first guest arrived by fixing a few random items I wanted done. He showed up on time and completed all of the projects needed within a timely manner. He painted 2 bathrooms, installed a smart lock and thermostat, purchased, delivered and installed a washer/dryer combo and worked with my cleaning staff to get the deep clean done prior to pictures being taken. Total life saver! I couldnâ t have asked for better service. Will definitely be calling Treetip Cabin Services again!"

"Our entire family wholeheartedly recommends Smithey Construction, LLC. We hired Matt and his crew to build a 35â  x 12â  deck. There were two staircases and railings surrounding it. Also, a 7 foot privacy wall on the deck. The workmanship, find detail, work, carpentry, and everything else was totally on point. The caring way that the job was carried out meant so much to us. "I come to know the owner Justin through his company working for me. I am a retired carpenter and now sell manufactured homes. He did all the drywall repair on all my homes I sold and the others I work with sold. He also built several decks. His on time and perfection on every job tells all you need to know about him and his company. I'm also a pastor and I know this man to be a God fearing Christian that works just as hard for the Kingdom of Heaven. "Handy Chucks did our kitchen re-do, replacing all cabinets along with the flooring on the 1st & 2nd floor and did a GREAT job. Not only did they show up to start when they said they would, they arrived on time on each and every work day. Workers Russ & David did an excellent job of keeping us updated on everything they were doing as the job progressed, and even made suggestions on some extras that were needed (actually needed, not an up-sell). At the end of the day, EVERYTHING was cleaned up before they left for the day. Everyone at Handy Chucks was very personable and easy to talk to. They responded to any questions and/or concerns we had with easy to understand explanations. I would trust Handy Chucks with any other home remodeling jobs we may have in the future, big or small. In fact, wait on their bid on a second small job I need done. "
