"Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. Their quality of work, construction knowledge, and integrity makes it very easy for us to give them a 5-Star Rating."

He showed up on time and completed all of the projects needed within a timely manner. He painted 2 bathrooms, installed a smart lock and thermostat, purchased, delivered and installed a washer/dryer combo and worked with my cleaning staff to get the deep clean done prior to pictures being taken. "Our entire family wholeheartedly recommends Smithey Construction, LLC. We hired Matt and his crew to build a 35â  x 12â  deck. There were two staircases and railings surrounding it. Also, a 7 foot privacy wall on the deck. The workmanship, find detail, work, carpentry, and everything else was totally on point. The caring way that the job was carried out meant so much to us. We highly recommend Matt and his crew for any job that you might be considering. We are absolutely having them. Give us estimates on having other work done."
