Summit Painting and Remodeling LLCOur deck was pretty weathered and splintered in places, now it looks like new. The owner Will was very knowledgeable and helpful in talking us through the process and what kinds of materials they use. He and his crew worked really hard to make sure we got exactly the right color we wanted. The crew always showed up on time, took tremendous care to make sure the rest of our house and windows were protected as they stained the deck. They did such a great job, it pretty much looks like a new deck. The price they charged was very reasonable for the quality. CRS ExteriorsInitially met with representative Mr Ritcheson (spell?). He was exquisitely professional and the time he spent with me showing the quality, choices of types & colors of their products won me over even though about 25% more expensive than previous company rep who was in & out of my house in 15 minutes, showed me no samples as the CRS exterior rep did. David & Scott were the installers today. What personalities!!! and professional work at same time. David took time to go over with me how the windows worked and showed me how beautiful they were from outside. I am overall very pleased with personality (enjoyable-all employees & even those I only spoke to on phone. When my budget can handle it as windows need replaced, CRS will be my choice!! One little note of David’s honesty....one of the mesh parts of screens got cut or torn. Luckily I had installed many replacement screens in my home so I had just what screen he needed and tools handy, so that saved a long round trip of time & gas & material and got fixed on the spot. Contacted the Honey Do Service and Brittany got me on the schedule to have the estimator come out and write up the proposal. $618 proposal was appropriate for the complexity of roof cap replacement since it involved removing shingles etc. A couple weeks later the worker came out and completed the work over the next five hours. Very pleasant veteran who did a very good job removing and installing the new attic dryer booster fan and cleaned up the debris. The new roof vent cap went smoothly the day of install, but ran into an issue the next day when the booster fan clogged. Turns out the bird and insect screen was left installed so the lint was backing up. Out of ordinary bathroom exhaust vent install for the vent cap, so I just went on the roof and pulled the screen out. It has been two months since the install and everything is still running smoothly. I'd hire them again for other projects.

The job was actually done a year ago, so we are late in posting this review. However, it most meaningful that we continue to be extremely pleased, a year later. This project was the second large renovation project we’ve done. We found ourselves needing to find another contractor, since the contractor from our previous renovation had retired. We searched through Angie’s List and found C&L. Their references were excellent, so we chose them. The project started on time and ran on schedule. Ryan, foreman, was extremely professional and sensitive to our needs and inconveniences. We cannot say enough about how smoothly this went and how satisfied we are, one year later. We would definitely use this company again.

He assured us that we would be pleased with the painters he sent and we were. We highly recommend Salomon, Felix, Luis, Alexis and Stephanie. Their work was stellar. They were personally a pleasure to have in our home. It was necessary to make some repairs along the way and they were skilled in that area as well as painting. When we encountered problems (as you do in every job) they made sure to find the best solution as if they were working in their own homes. It was clear they wanted us to be happy with the job.
