We do not provide mold or radon inspections. Since 2008, Steven has been the principal of Northup Upgrades, a local remodeling and repair company. Northup Upgrades has a long track record of satisfied customers and superior quality workmanship in projects big and small, ranging from small cosmetic remodels up to major renovations and large additions. Steven is known for expert craftmanship and attention to detail and he brings this high level of experience and working knowledge into his home inspection practice. Complete Home Inspection
Steven is the best home inspector out their. With his many years of experience in home building constuction and attention to detail makes him a craftsman at home inspections. He was able to assist me on my inspection of my new edition and with his expertise was able to pinpoint and locate several issues that me as a homeowner would of not found. I was satisfied with his detailed reports and communication throughout my build.

Steven did multiple remodeling projects on our home and we couldnâ t have made a better choice by hiring him. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in all areas, and did a great job of creative problem solving when we ran into unforeseen challenges. There was no obstacle he couldnâ t figure out, and he couldnâ t have been more conscientious, dependable, or hard working. His standard was always perfection and I could not recommence him more highly.

Steve installed a much needed backsplash in our kitchen and even came back later to address some house settling - free of charge. He is meticulous and attentive to other things that need to be done. He also installed two exterior doors and storm doors for us. Great work that saved us money during the recent cold!
