CRS ExteriorsDave and Scottie the installers were very professional and went above and beyond to ensure the installation was perfect. They kept us informed during the installation and fixed problems that showed up from the original sunroom installation. They showed up on time and worked very hard even in extreme heat. Their attention to detail was impressive, something that is not often seen today with contractors. This is the second time I've used CRS and Dave for the install of my Marvin windows. CRS ExteriorsDavid and Scott, CRS installers, did an excellent job even though removing my existing windows was particularly difficult. They kept at the job diligently for most of the day. They were careful to remove shoes when entering and walking on our carpet. The installation required new trim outside and the finished windows look better than the originals. The caulking work is very neat and the were careful to clean up every dab of excess! The did an equally thorough job cleaning up inside, the yard, and driveway before leaving. My wife and I appreciate the attention to detail and craftsmanship. Should I need other windows replaced I will definitely returning to CRS and specifically requesting David to be the installer.- Bill H.

Wellman Custom RemodelingCan we give Jeff 10 stars out of 5? He went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did he remodel the kitchen, but he was instrumental in helping to decide design, colors, cabinets, and countertops. We had already done some shopping for cabinets and countertops and the folks he recommended using came in quite a bit cheaper than the ones we had found. In addition, Jeff and his crew rewired the entire kitchen area for safety. Jeff and his crew were on time, courteous, and knew how to do everything we asked at a more than reasonable cost. We have already recommended Jeff and his crew to a number of our friends and family and will definitely use him again for any future projects we may have. GREAT! I needed an outlet for new unit to be installed via HOW - installers were not allowed to work with hardwired and recommended I hire an electrician to install an outlet. . Mike was able to come out the same day, was professional, efficient, and did a fine job for a very reasonable price. It took a month of calling to get someone to come to our house and go through what we needed. The guy who finally came said that we would hear back in about a week with a quote, and an estimate of when they could schedule service. After two weeks not receiving any call, we decided to go with someone else. Their electrical service might be amazing, but since they don't follow through with communication, I'll never know.

Bait and switch scam. Quoted $275 for a pump. Then wanted $200+ to "dig" a few inches of dirt off of one of the lids. Then wanted $200 because the liquid was "thick". The technician himself was professional and just doing his job as required by the company.

Chris Gregg performed the work, and he worked expeditiously and professionally. The new transmitter in the fan doesn't work yet, but it's probably because we have the wrong control box (my error). The pole light works very well. The doorbell cameras are a problem - the backdoor works fine, the front door not yet. We think it's a problem with the voltage from the transformer, and Chris has committed to figuring out the wiring and return to complete that job. The doorbell itself works fine, but the camera is yet to function. Chris was very helpful in explaining the issue to me.

Contacted the Honey Do Service and Brittany got me on the schedule to have the estimator come out and write up the proposal. $618 proposal was appropriate for the complexity of roof cap replacement since it involved removing shingles etc. A couple weeks later the worker came out and completed the work over the next five hours. Very pleasant veteran who did a very good job removing and installing the new attic dryer booster fan and cleaned up the debris. The new roof vent cap went smoothly the day of install, but ran into an issue the next day when the booster fan clogged. Turns out the bird and insect screen was left installed so the lint was backing up. Out of ordinary bathroom exhaust vent install for the vent cap, so I just went on the roof and pulled the screen out. It has been two months since the install and everything is still running smoothly. I'd hire them again for other projects.
