"We had an unusual project. Install laminate flooring over our existing ceiling. Sergei was the only contractor not afraid to take on the task. Our ceilings were 16â high in some locations . "Russell replaced a very large window in our 60+ year old house. He understands home construction so well and did a wonderful job, not only installing the new windows, but rebuilt the rotten window framing too.
