"Very well. I talked with Randy, who is also an arborist and knows trees. He's experienced and professional but easy to deal with. I asked if late winter would be a good time to top silver maples. He assured that, for this type of maple, it would be okay. He came out that afternoon to give an estimate, which was reasonable, and suggested how the trees should be topped and trimmed. They were able to come out the next day, were on time, and finished in less than half a day including cleanup. He also provided a copy of their insurance certificate (including workman's comp) before the job. They had to trim off more than I hoped, but the trees had a lot of dead branches and needed it. I had confidence in his judgment and experience. He stuck to the estimated cost. They had a good crew."
