"Doug Spohn was recommended by the architect we had design the remodel/addition. The first thing that stood out to me was his punctuality.  He said he would be over at 10:00 to look it over for bidding, and when he saw he would be about 5 minutes late, he called to let us know he was running a little late. He submitted his bid when he said he would, with the right amount of detail. He detailed the bid in order to allow me to do some of the work and save some money.  From day one on the job, he was here when the workers were. His subcontractors were great. They were all very professional, courteous and respectful. The job was finished when he said it would be. He was great choice, and we now have a friend in Doug. I would recommend him to everyone.

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"We got several bids and these guys were the lowest. We didn't have a lot to spend and we needed to save as much as possible. Afer I already told them to order the metal I began to worry about hiring them. I started thinking maybe I shouldn't go with the cheapest price here because the work would be sub standard. I was wrong they did a great job and the price was better than anyone else. I would definitely recommend them. We had a small issue with something I didn't understand they worked with me and made me happy. "Scott with Summit Roofing is someone you CAN trust. I don’t use that word lightly as I have been messed over by many so called great companies. I plan on getting them to doing roofing for 7 different friends . I do not recommend very many services, but I would scream from my new roof :) how professional, clean, efficient, will not hard sell you on something you don’t need and I could go on and on. There really are not strong enough words to express this company and the job they do. I will tell you this if you go somewhere else , you just missed the best.
