"The project was lightning rod installation. The work was custom fitted, very responsive to the owner's requests . The contractor was very helpful with suggestions and implementation of best practices. The contractor was brave & effective at considerable elevation (45-50 feet) above ground level. The end result was aesthetically attractive and the contractor was super amiable; his crew appeared to be dedicated."

"The service person was very polite and answered every question I had. ( I put up the first fan) The price was much better than I had thought. Other companies gave me "well if the wiring is not messed up and we don't have any other problems, it will be about ... There was a small problem with the light portion which he took care of. Also the other estimates were much higher. This company gave me an upfront price, did NOT scare me with the possibility there might be another problem therefore more money. He did the work and was very professional. Will I use them again. Yes, I am very satisfied with this company and their professionalism all the way around."

"As usual, the technician completed the repair quickly . After the repair he inspected all the other copper lines in the basement. All were ok, but he found a leak in the incoming PVC line which he repaired. His diligence and "going the extra mile" saved me an untold amount of trouble and $."

"Jim was very professional, he looked over the whole job and made recommendations after he tried to fix the original issue and the next day had the same problem. Our issue was more do to initial build being substandard nd he fixed the issue with a reasonable cost. No further issues with our system. I will hire him again without question."

"Everyone from the start of working with this company was great. We had solar panels installed back in 2022 and the company then they went under federal control. I had called multiple companies, no one was willing to help except your home solar. We needed a permit to get the solar up and running which also meant the state inspection. Anita, Landon and all of the other employees that we encountered in this process made it a very easy process. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for solar or that needs to get panels they have up and running."

"We had requested a quote for basement water proofing and when we did the quote included new gutters which was a total surprise due to the low cost. Jeff Stewart and Christian Rudd did an excellent job and are two very hardworking individuals. They stayed well past dark to complete as much work as possible. They walked the house with my husband and explained what would be best for our drainage and worked hard with only one break all day! The next day when they returned they took time to complete the job and cleaned everything up and we couldnâ t tell they had been here. Their product is very high quality and improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend AFS and crew for any gutter needs!"

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
