Everyone from the start of working with this company was great. We had solar panels installed back in 2022 and the company then they went under federal control. I had called multiple companies, no one was willing to help except your home solar. We needed a permit to get the solar up and running which also meant the state inspection. Anita, Landon and all of the other employees that we encountered in this process made it a very easy process. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for solar or that needs to get panels they have up and running.

Your Home Solar was fantastic to work with throughout the project. The estimate was exactly what I paid. There were no surprise fees. They provided great education about the system and the options. There was no pressure whatsoever for me to make the purchase. Staff were very patient and answered all my questions- I was super cautious due to this being a big expenditure. They kept me informed of the timeline, made every effort to make things convenient for me. The installers were impressive: they obviously knew what they were doing- very professional and efficient. The savings are already showing up for me, and I like the system so well that I've decided to expand it a bit. I have also been impressed by how responsive they are when you reach out to them with a question after installation. I trust them completely and would recommend their work to anyone looking for a solar installation.

The young men who worked on our installation were very meticulous and put everything up in a timely manner. They answered all my questions thoroughly in laymens term. We had the 20 panels, battery and other requirements up two days!!! Last but not least, it has an amazing app to keep a watch on how it is performing. I encourage you to have solar put in for your home! I am a very satisfied customer! They answered my questions and explained all I asked thoroughly. The app for the solar system is amazing and we are able to track and see how our solar is performing. I highly recommend this company because they are very efficient and did what was required! They were very accomodating.

My inverter went out and the company that installed my solar system went out of business. I was having a hard time finding any one to help resolve my issue until I called Your Home Solar and talked to Anita she was very polite professional an courteous. She setup the appointment for the install. Bryan came out to do the install and he was also very polite professional an courteous I found Bryan to be very passionate about his work knowledgeable and more then willing to go out of his way to help me. He also found my backup battery was bad. He called the manufacturer and arranged a RMA for it at no cost to me. They even put me on there Monitoring system. Thanks Your Home Solar

Since moving to Tenn last year, Your Home Solar was the perfect example of a professional business experience from start to finish. Even the follow up was very professional with all my questions. I was very impressed the solar team.

The guys were great, professional, and very pleasant. They did a great job. They were great when I had a warranty issue. Came out promptly and followed up a couple of time after the part was replaced to make sure I was happy. They were also very patient because I asked several questions and some more than once. I could not be happier with the panels or the guys that installed them. I highly recommend them.

This company was a life saver. We bought a solar system from another company that declared bankruptcy after the install. Our system was so jacked up that we could not even use it. Your Home Solar came in and saved the day. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My system has been running great for a couple of years now and it is because of this company took the time to help me. Their work ethic, dedication, and experience make the difference. They say that they will do something and then they actually do it, and that is hard to find. I did a LOT of research before investing in my solar system and I contacted and spoke with a number of companies that were advertising to install solar in my area of Tennessee. I finally met with Your Home Solar in Knoxville, talking first with Micah and then barraging Ernie with about a thousand questions on a potential system, the best panels for me, inverters, etc. Ernie has a wealth of information and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and really took the time to make sure I was happy and getting what I wanted, including providing me with information/details I wanted to research further what parts would be used. I subsequently signed on with YHS and Brian, Nick and the crew came to my home to install the system - very qualified and courteous installers, who went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the installation. One of the TN electrical inspectors came to review their work at my home and commented to me that he's seen a lot of installations of solar in TN and he said he's been very impressed by the work that Your Home Solar does - That was like icing on the cake for me to hear. I've now been to YHS for an additional upgrade to my system and all is working very well. I'm super happy with the quality of the materials used, the work they do and the people at Your Home Solar. Many thanks to Ernie, Brian and all of the folks at Your Home Solar for installing such a great system for me. I look forward to being energy independent for many years to come!!
