"This was our first Aqua Clear System ! The installation was done by Brian Christian & Dustin !! Both men were very professional and explained everything they were doing thoroughly ! (sometimes a couple of times) They was always asking if we had any questions !! Dustin asked me were I wanted the faucet -on the sink- to make sure I was pleased with the placement . Brian did a Great job placing & taking care to fit everything in a compact area -so I have still room in my panty closet . "Matt and his helper diagnosed the problem even before arriving to our home (apparently it's a common occurrence for do-it-yourselfers to not get the bolts tight enough on a new toilet install). Within 2 minutes of arrival they had identified the source of the leak. Matt's helper tightened the 3 loose bolts to stop the leak. Matt's a nice guy and obviously knowledgeable, I just thought $175 for 10-15 minutes to tighten 3 loose bolts was excessive. The original cost was going to be $250 but he was gracious enough to give us an additional 15% off above and beyond the 15% off for being an Angie's List member, but if you do the math that's still $700/hour for a basic repair."

"The work was tough because I have a lot of rock on my property and I'm on a slab but Advanced did an excellent job of working the problem and coming up with a viable solution that got our water working again, was up to code, and will be a better installation given my property characteristics. "Perfect! Charlie came immediately, hand dug down 4' to the tank, and pumped. Inlet was full of roots, which he cleared and told us how to avoid that problem in the future. Came back a few days later and installed riser on tank lid so that digging would not be necessary. have used several service companies in the past and there's none better. He returned and did 3 more for us as a preventive measure. If he's available, we won't use anyone else!"

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

The next day arrived promptly, laid new subflooring and cleaned up the mess. They returned to lay the vinyl tiles and had it looking beautiful in a matter of a few hours. I could not be more pleased with Eric's work ethic, professionalism, and efficiency. I would definitely hire them again! were having in our basement.  We found the inspector, Barry, to be very

knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained everything

to us and answered all of our question, which we had many.  At the end of

the inspection we all sat down and went over our goals and expectations.  We settled on the

Ameri-Dry drain system and found the price to be fair.  The full warranty

was the clincher for us.  They installed the system in less than a week and

I must say the men were very courteous.  They worked very hard and finished

the job in under four days.  The foreman, Barry, ran his crew very efficiently.

Everyone had their job and they performed them to my full satisfaction.

Even though we had dust they cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Ameri-Dry
