Complete Septic

Perfect! Charlie came immediately, hand dug down 4' to the tank, and pumped. Inlet was full of roots, which he cleared and told us how to avoid that problem in the future. Came back a few days later and installed riser on tank lid so that digging would not be necessary. have used several service companies in the past and there's none better. He returned and did 3 more for us as a preventive measure. If he's available, we won't use anyone else!

Very Well. They replaced the sod - can't even tell that it had been disturbed. They explained the condition of the tank and also recommended the next cleaning date.

It went great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Hard, dirty physical work, had to locate and dig by hand, identified more problems (broken drain line) and pumped out tank...performed like a champ!

The service from Charles was the best! He was very professional and obviously cares about the work he does. He located the septic tank and uncovered the access ports. Since we were having system issues he examined the state of the tank with contents and again after being pumped. His examination of the tank after being pumped revealed a defect that had apparently been there since it was installed 18 years earlier! It just doesn`t get any better than Charles, he did exceptional work and went beyond expectations. I would use his service again and recommend him to anyone needing septic service.

Complete Septic gets straight A's on angieslist so we called them when e needed service.  Glad we did!  The straight A's are completely warranted and we will add another A grade.  Charlie provided excellent service in every aspect of his work.  He was competent, punctual, very personable.   Our house is probably beyond his radius of service -- he had a long drive -- but he didn't hesitate, he came right out and all aspects of the service were great.  He was careful about keeping the steps and driveway clean.  He obviously takes pride in his work, and gives a strong sense of professionalism.     He did not want to leave until he knew I was happy with everything.  I give Complete Septic Service the highest recommendation.

Charlie with complete septic was an absolute life saver for us! When our toilets started gurgling just a few days before our wedding, and the problem turned out to be with the septic system, Charlie came out the same day we called him to dig it up and investigate. The tank was overfull and not draining properly. Charlie came out as soon as he could get his truck and pumped our tank, and then referred us to a good drain field repair tech. We were under a lot of stress that weekend and didn't have a lot of time, so Charlie made sure to let us know he'd come and pump even if we were busy, and we could pay him later. He took great care of us, and we'll absolutely use complete septic again.
