(sometimes a couple of times) They was always asking if we had any questions !! Dustin asked me were I wanted the faucet -on the sink- to make sure I was pleased with the placement . Brian did a Great job placing & taking care to fit everything in a compact area -so I have still room in my panty closet . Our friends Bill & Toni Ertel ( also on Chilly Spring Road) recommended this company to us . We will also be recommending your very professional company to our friends. Thank you . "Very well. Initial issue they resolved by finding and fixing hot water on a cold line. First company could not find the issue with 3 visits. Needed a back flow preventer valve on cold water feed to hot water heater, the 2nd hot water heater we have."

"Perfect! Charlie came immediately, hand dug down 4' to the tank, and pumped. Inlet was full of roots, which he cleared and told us how to avoid that problem in the future. Came back a few days later and installed riser on tank lid so that digging would not be necessary. have used several service companies in the past and there's none better. He returned and did 3 more for us as a preventive measure. If he's available, we won't use anyone else!"
