"I ordered the shower kit from Lowes and it was delivered in a timely manner. However when we opened the box we found that everything was there except the side walls! How can it be a kit if it doesn't have walls? I called the manufacturer and discovered that the problem was with them and their advertising and not with Lowes who were as perplexed as I was. Anthony and his brother loaded the kit in their truck an we went to Lowes where I got refunded the full amount. Anthony then worked with the plumbing department where we got a kit from a different manufacturer which had all the parts and TriStar got it installed just fine. I was very impressed that each day when he left, you couldnâ t even tell he had been there because he cleaned up everything and closed the bathroom door so you couldnâ t even tell work was being done! "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"From the moment that Alan came to our home to look at the job through completion we were impressed. He explained all the different options that we re available to us for a bathtub conversion to a walk in shower and quoted us a price for doing some ceiling fans and installing 2 storm doors. He was clear on the timeframe to start and how long it would take. Several days later I asked for a quote on removing all the old flooring and installing all new vinyl plank in the whole house. His price was again the lowest but beyond that his explanation of how he would do it and the timeline needed. We closed on the house February 3rd and met Alan that day explaining we needed to move in March 15th. Alan began the job 2 weeks later advising he would be be done by March 11th. "We hired Ivan to replace bent drawer slides on a large large vanity drawer. He showed up right on time twice, (we purchased the wrong size replacement slides the first time, so he had to come back a second time). The vanity drawer and original slides were problematic, so Ivan had to tweak the new set to make sure they were working properly. He stuck with it, and did a nice job! Ivan is a good communicator, and we were pleased with his work! We’ll definitely hire him again."
