"Amazing job! My roof replacement was done in a timely manner & the crew cleaned up beautifully. My roof tech came back out after the installation to perform another inspection to make sure everything was installed correctly & there were no nails or trash left behind."

"Although the water intrusion has stopped, which I give them full credit for, I was very disappointed in the finishing of the job. The pipe that takes the water from the house, was about 150 feet in length and went across the front yard, under the sidewalk and down towards the street. When they had finished the installation, friends remarked to me that the pipe was sitting above grade and looked like a long lump in the yard. When I contacted and spoke to John about it, he assured me that it would settle down and become level in a few weeks. So I waited, and waited and some of it went down, but there are still long sections that are not level with the yard, and looks like an obvious repair. I have called him and emailed several times and told him that if it were not fixed by end of last year that I would let others know via this review. I had thought of holding money back, but really liked and trusted him, so I did not. Now I wish I had. It's too bad. If he had just been professional enough to finish and do what he said, I would have given him a very good review.

"Eric and his crew arrived when they said they would, began work immediately, including moving everything from the room, stripped away all damaged subflooring and cleaned up all the mess. The next day arrived promptly, laid new subflooring and cleaned up the mess. They returned to lay the vinyl tiles and had it looking beautiful in a matter of a few hours. I could not be more pleased with Eric's work ethic, professionalism, and efficiency. I would definitely hire them again! Eric even came back and provided and installed 2 doorway transition pieces at no additional charge! It was overall a great experience for me!"

"The first time, we were there for the package deal. They said we needed brake work. After the brake work, our rear brakes began squeeking terribly. They also started making a grinding sound, especially on an incline. We had just paid them hundreds of dollars to work on the brakes.
When we took it back in (3 months later) for an oil change, we had them fix the brakes. They did, but it was NOT timely. Our car sat there all day and no one called us. When we called the next day, they said "Oh yeah, it was ready yesterday. Did no one call you?".
We don't feel like their service is worth the drive to West Knoxville for us.

I contacted Dillion from Stefaniak Construction and spoke with him about replacement options and scheduled an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. After his inspection, we decided to replace 9 of the windows in the home. With it being an older home, there were a few obstacles for him and he handled them in a quick and proficient manner. I am extremely pleased with the final results and his professionalism. I would recommend Stefaniak Construction 10/10."
