Good price, super friendly, we had Trevor and Payden pick a few things up, they were here when they said they would be as well, very happy with their service.

Junk Bee Gone Crew hit my TV on 03/15/2022 when they were moving old furniture out of the front door and they broke the crystal in my TV screen. I reported the damage to Paul Hart, the manager. He asked for photos, I sent photos. He finally said he was sending a TV. He bought a cheap replacement off of Amazon, he dropped it off at a neighbors house (I guess he can't read mailboxes?) after he removed the packing slip. I found out that it was a much cheaper TV and complained. He said I could bring that TV back to him and he'd give me $350. My OLED TV costs $1100 to replace while it's on sale and $1500 after it goes back to regular price. As a woman (and a single mom who can't afford a new TV), I'm not sure if Paul just treats women this way or if it's everyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially not women or single parents. I paid $700 for the service and am now watching a broken screened TV.

I have had three junk bee gone dumpsters dropped at the bottom of my STEEP driveway for construction debris and plan to order one or two more. Junk Bee Gone was the only company I called willing to drive a dumpster down my driveway and they have been incredibly friendly and kind at every encounter. I'll never bother to use anyone else when I need to get rid of construction debris!

Great!  We filled out a form on their website late on July 4.  They emailed July 5 morning and confirmed they would be by that afternoon.  They were on time, polite, and uniformed.   They gave us a quote on the spot which we found was reasonable, so we gave the go ahead.  They removed everything within about an hour. They worked even though it started pouring rain.  It would have taken me and my spouse a full day and multiple trips to the dump.  Totally worth the money.

The man in charge handed me a form to complete an Angie's List review right there on the spot.  I wasn't satisfied with their service but I felt pressured to give them a positive review since they were standing right there.  He said they ask all their customers to complete a review on site.  If I felt pressured to write a positive review, I imagine many other customers felt the same way. Junk Bee Gone's Angie's List score isn't an accurate reflection.

The man in charge handed me a sheet explaining the rate they charge according to how much space is filled in the truck (stacking bottom to top). He took a look around and decided how much space he thought it would take to fill the truck. We agreed on $300, assuming he took everything I asked him to take.  I thought the price was high for what little items I had but I agreed since the truck was already there.  Instead of stacking items bottom to top, they threw everything haphazardly into the truck.  They told me they would donate all the items worth saving and recycle everything they could.  In the end, they broke all the donation worthy items.  I overheard the other man saying the truck load was going to the dump.  I called Junk Bee Gone because they claimed they donated and recycled items.  

One of the men ended up getting stung twice so they stopped working.  They didn't pick up any of the scrap wood or debris under the deck.  I asked them to give me a price discount since they didn't finish the work.  They refused.  I feel I over paid by at least $100.  I would not recommend Junk Bee Gone to anyone.  It's better to rent to a U-Haul and fill it yourself.  Even with the U-haul rental and the dump fee, the cost would be significantly less than $300.

The whole process was painless.  The team was friendly and efficient.

19Junk Bee Gone personnel were very professional.  Easy to talk to--explained all the details of delivery and pickup.  We had the first container filled in one day.  We had a second container brought out and filled it up too.  They were there when they said they would be and we would definately use their services again if needed.

They were running behind, but called & gave updates. Very kind and professional, took care of everything. Very polite and trustworthy.

It went better than expected all the work was completed and they accommodated me so I could have a landscaper direct their work at no extra charge. Hard workers. Willing to do a good job.

I heard about them from an ad on TV. If they have a big job, it is definitely worth it. It is not worth it for a smaller job. They measure your cost by how much they have in the truck, but there is a certain minimum that is much more expensive than what would be reasonable if you did not have a lot of junk. In my case, I had a bunch of carpets and other building materials. It was a very good service for what it was. I felt like it was a pretty fair price for as much junk as I had hauled off. They did an excellent job. They were out there the next morning. They were all very professional.
