He appeared on time, inspected the area, took measurements, and recommended an inside French drain around three perimeters of our house--about 130 feet. He was very personable and took time to answer all of our questions. He buried one gutter downspout and tied it into the sump pump drain line extending it out an extra 40 feet from the house. We also requested he bury a 2nd downspout and extend it 50 feet from the house. A driveway drain in front of a garage door on the 4th side of the house was also added. He and his men arrived as promised and completed the job in 3 days. They prepared the area by wrapping all furniture, etc. in plastic before starting work. Concrete floors were also covered in plastic. The first day jack hammers rocked the house as they used them to chip up a foot wide channel in the concrete to make room for laying the Waterguard system. After the first day, all other work was quiet and quick. They were able to bury the drain lines outside and replace grass so that no evidence of any digging is even apparent without close inspection--amazing!!! Everything was completely cleaned up inside afterwards with no need to even vacuum. We consulted 5 companies before contracting with Uneven Floors. Not only was the system he installed comparable to what the others recommended, but was several thousand dollars cheaper. We have not had a hard rain to test the system, but water poured into the installed channel went to the sump pump so I would be highly surprised if it doesn't work as promised. As others have indicated in reviews, Mr. Gomez is very quick to respond to calls and emails. I would highly recommend this company

He was the only one who knew exactly what was wrong when he got there, before entering into the crawlspace. The other name brand foundational services are going to price gouge you with the highest margin products they can push onto you. Francisco will give you an affordable solution that is done with great quality. He is EXTREMELY responsive to phone calls which is hard to find. He went out to give me a quote the same day I called him, the other foundational repair companies will need weeks in advance just to schedule a time to quote you. He replaced all my joists, beams, some sill plates, and subfloor for an entire house in a weeks time. He will give you an estimate based on reasonable prices derived from amount of material and labor needed, and an itemized proposal to show you. The other guys will give you a super blanketed quote severely padded. If I run into any kind of flooring or foundational problem I will definitely use him again. - Falcone Crawl Space & Structural RepairI had some issues with water entering my crawl space. I called Falcone and Joe came out. Joe was at my house five minutes early and made a very professional impression. I knew right away I was in good hands. His knowledge and kindness put me at ease right away. I informed Joe that I had just bought the home. I was planning on having new gutters put on and was in the process of grading some soil away from my house. Joe gave me several options, one of which is an interior drain/pump system. BUT he told me that before I go that route, lets see how the new gutters and grading works. Fortunately the gutters and grading worked. Joe could have given me the hard sale on a pump system but he was honest and told me not to spend the money unless needed. I did however need my vapor barrier replaced. Lots of companies to that work, but Joe told me he was going to go through it with a rake till it was spotless, and in his words, if it doesn't belong on the ground it will be taken off the ground. Every wire, and piece of insulation was re-hung. And the barrier was installed extremely well. No rocks and bricks to hold it in place; they pounded staples in to keep it exactly how they laid it. I am extremely happy I called Falcone. I may still go with the pump in the future if I have additional problems, but for now I am all set and happy. If I need any work at all done in my crawl space I am going to call Falcone. If you need work done, do yourself a favor and go with this highly reputable, professional company. From the moment the gal answers the phone you will know you are in the best hands possible
- Falcone Crawl Space & Structural RepairFrom agreeing to the estimate and the start of work was 2 months. They arrived on the day and at the time they said. The team was 5 guys. They worked solidly under that house doing the work as detailed for 4 days, they started at 8 and finished at 5. Before the work, the crawl space would flood with about an inch of water pooling at one end. The insulation due to the dampness was coming down. Since having the work done the crawl space in much better, it has rained since and I have been under that house to check the effectiveness of the drainage system and it was dry. They were not the cheapest quote but I felt they had the most effective plan for dealing with my problem

"It's hard to provide a single number review for this company. They did the job we needed as expected at the price quoted.... and it appears to have been done well. Now to the other side of the coin. Follow up support has been difficult and now impossible. They provided a LIFETIME rodent warranty with their work. We had issues with rodents in the crawlspace about 1 year later and after repeated attempts to contact them they finally came out and did some work to remedy the situation. Now about 1 year after that, we have rodent issues again. I have tried to get Jim or Jordan to return my calls, emails, texts, and messages left with an answering service for the last 2 months. I have heard nothing back. At this point all I can do is leave a below average review and hope that they will notice and contact me. So as of this writing my advice is... if you are looking for "satisfactory" work with NO guarantee of warranty service after the job is done... then these folks may work for you... BUT... if you expect that warranty issues will be taken care of after the job, then it may be best to avoid this company.
UPDATE: they did contact us, came out and took care of the situation today.... and hopefully we will not have any contact issue in the future.
